Little Caesars Pizza

I don't want old food. I order on the app the avoid this, or so I thought. Ordered a cheese pizza and cheese bread via the app and 6 minutes later my order was ready. Picked it up, both were clearly old. If I wanted old food, I would walk in and get it. If I order on the app, I want it fresh. Not something that's been sitting in a warmer for 25 minutes and is dried out and crusty.

Not on this visit but a previous visit, I ordered 3 hot and ready pizzas and waited for an hour before they were ready.

This place is so frustrating. Came in around 5 PM for several Hot n Ready items, they were delayed for 1 item and brought it to me. When I got home I realized no sauce for the bread. I called and my options were to do without or drive back. Negative on both options. I am not sure if I will ever return.

Consistently the worst Little Caesars in the area.
Two most recent visits:
1. Pulled in and several employees were outside smoking at a vehicle across the parking lot, when I was inside waiting they came in and went right back to making pizzas without washing their hands.

2. Told the guy at the counter what I wanted to order and asked if it was ready right now, I wanted to order what was available to avoid a wait. He says what I wanted is ready. I order and this guy walks in the back, another guy comes up and says it will be a few minutes.... About 5 minutes later he shows up from the back with my pizzas and gives them to me. I drive home (5 minutes) and when I open my pizzas 3 of the 4 are VERY old and one is burnt. If they were already cooked why were they in the back and not the hot box? I think they didn't actually have them ready and gave me pizzas they intended to discard, just my theory though.

Long story short, this place is a joke.

I Don't feel like the GM cares about this store to much. There's things he can do to improve the experience from the customer point of view. It's not the best experience when you go to place an order and you're ignored by the people at the front counter. But you can see them playing around or arguing with other crew members. I did however have an interaction with Rob and he was courteous and friendly as well as very helpful. Y'all others in there should take some notes on customer service and remember if it weren't for us customers you wouldn't have a job ...
