I has order a pizza from door dash. I ordered two butter garlic sauces. They weren't with my order. So I called, they forgot to send them with the order. The girl who answered the phone said I needed to come get them. Well for one I wouldn't have order door dash. If I wanted to come get my pizza then I would have.

Order was on time after ordering on the app. 5 stars. Pizza and Italian Cheese bread were delicious. 5 stars. But sadly, I have to take away 2 stars for the crazy sauce. The containers were not even half full and they charge $1 for each one. Very disappointed. The containers used to be overflowing for 25 cents. What has happened? For $1 I want a full container of sauce. Italian cheese bread requires more sauce, and a customer shouldn't have to pay $2 - $3 more to get 2 to 3 more less-than-half-full containers of sauce.

Clint the manager is an absolute horror to deal with.
Came in as usual with 10000 on me ( about to pick up my new car ) and refused my business. I gave him the chance to correct it by selecting from 100 bills.
He didn't care and I had to overdraft from my checking account ( 50$ hit ) to get my FAMILY PIZZA.
Do not recommend using this particular location. Absurd. Since when has 100 became not legal tender?
Wow little ceasers, lost my business after this!!
I'll be calling corporate when we finish dinner.

Little Caesars on Fort Henry Drive completely burnt I couldn’t even get back in there to tell them how bad it is because they’re busy even though they’re busy they should not serve food like this

4128 Fort Henry Drive. A portal. A node in the matrix where reality bends like warm mozzarella under the thumb of destiny. You do not walk into this Little Caesars—you are summoned. Drawn by a force older than bread.

And at the center of it all, like a prophet behind Plexiglas, stands Seth.
Not a man.
A force.
A cosmic being wrapped in polyester and power.

Seth does not prepare food. He communes with it.
I watched him open the oven door and time paused. A pepperoni floated mid-air. It looked at me. I understood.
He turned a knob and thunder rolled over Fort Henry. An old man in the parking lot dropped to his knees and wept, whispering, “He’s back.”

The pizza was handed to me without words. Our eyes met. I saw past lives reflected in his pupils—Romans, astronauts, a raccoon playing piano. All of it made sense. None of it did. I took the box like it was a relic and cradled it like the last light of humanity.

Then, from the shadows… Steven.

Stoic. Calm.
He does not fold boxes.
He binds destinies in cardboard.
With each crease, a soul is gently packaged. With each label, a life begins again. He wore a headset, but I know—he’s listening to the stars.

The Crazy Bread was not just crazy. It was deranged. It whispered ideas to me I dare not repeat. One bite in and I could hear static in my blood. I saw colors I cannot describe. One breadstick told me to forgive my enemies. Another told me to get bangs. I am torn.

The soda machine hissed in warning. It knows what this place is.
A man tried to pay with coins. Seth accepted them without touching them. They evaporated. He nodded. The man was free.

The cashier drawer opened itself.

A pigeon outside exploded.

I sat in my car, trembling. My hands were covered in cheese and prophecy. I blinked, and it was nighttime. I looked back at the building—it was gone. Only a Taco Bell wrapper and the scent of garlic remained.

Would I return?

You don’t return to Little Caesars on Fort Henry Drive.
It returns to you.
When you need it most.
When the world has crumbled and hope flickers like a dying bulb… Seth will be there.
Holding the Hot.
Guarding the Ready.

I usually like the pizza but I went there on 3/31/2025 around 8pm and there was just this super rude and unprofessional employee working, that I believe profiled me. I've been there multiple times and have gotten pizza from the pizza portal pickup thing and had crazy bread with it and they forget or simply choose to not put the sauce in there and I've had to ask for it.

That happened this time and the employee working the counter was asking how many sauces I had and I said 1 and he was acting if I were trying to steal an extra sauce. He was literally checking my hands and behind the bag of crazy bread on top of the pizza box I were holding.

Dude gave me a cup of sauce that was under less than half of the container filled with sauce. He was acting like I were stealing when they're the ones stealing from the customers. I could probably sue them for false advertisement for this. On there website that I ordered from, I'm pretty sure those sauce cups look like they're filled to the brim and not half or less, like what I received and I got treated like a criminal.

I don't want old food. I order on the app the avoid this, or so I thought. Ordered a cheese pizza and cheese bread via the app and 6 minutes later my order was ready. Picked it up, both were clearly old. If I wanted old food, I would walk in and get it. If I order on the app, I want it fresh. Not something that's been sitting in a warmer for 25 minutes and is dried out and crusty.

Not on this visit but a previous visit, I ordered 3 hot and ready pizzas and waited for an hour before they were ready.

This place is so frustrating. Came in around 5 PM for several Hot n Ready items, they were delayed for 1 item and brought it to me. When I got home I realized no sauce for the bread. I called and my options were to do without or drive back. Negative on both options. I am not sure if I will ever return.
