I was really craving hush puppies. The food was exceptionally delicious. The hushpuppies that came with the fish were good the 12 extra hushpuppies were so hard my dogs could not chew them . I could not eat them, wasted $5. Think they had been cooked all day . Guess eat the fish or chicken leave the hushpuppies at the restaurant.

I went through the drive-thru. From what I could see of the inside cooking area it was very clean. The lady at the window was very nice and courteous.

Normally I have good service and food but found a hair cooked in my chicken and they didn’t even apologize.. it’s a sanitary issue yet she acted like I shouldn’t have had a problem with it which makes me question a lot..

What do you call it when you ask for an extra box of crunchies to share with the two dogs you have in the car and the employee walks away comes back a minute later acts like they put something in the bag but doesn't? If they are willing to do something so spiteful to a complete stranger for no reason one can only assume they may be doing something to the food. And when I drove back to Kingsport from Bristol to ask why the only response I got was she said there was some in the box. I asked for a separate box and the employee pretended to go and get it and went so far as to act like they put it in the bag. In all my years I have never seen this and hopefully I never will again. Thanks LJS for that little life lesson, it only cost $$ and time and trying to explain to my dogs they don't get a crunchy treat because?? I still don't know why. I can only imagine what she's doing to the food.
