Went through the drive thru. Ordered fish and shrimp platter. Fries and slaw add clams. Medium diet drink. The clams and shrimp were delicious, but the main dish, the fish was lacking. Hard overcooked and dry. Very disappointed. It used to be moist and yummy. The portions were also very small on the fish side. Go back to thick cut juicy cod. Thanks.

At the Long John Silvers's on Fort Henry Drive in Kingsport, Tennessee, the fish I just ordered was terrible, not to mention I was missing 1 piece of fish. The chicken was terrible. The 6 hush puppies were burnt and hard as golf balls! This is 3 times I have ordered food from this location in the past 2 years and the food was terrible. I just wasted $30 on two orders that was unbelievably bad! I am done with this restaurant, period.

Out and about on a day trip with no map and my bestie and wondered upon one of our favorite places to eat!There's not a LJS near our hometown so we were so excited!Food fresh and delicious! Not overcooked and not undercooked... Perfect!Only complaint is that my crunchies box was only half full. We had went through the drive thru so we didn't go back or even call. Not something they wouldn't have resolved if we had eaten inside, crunchies are free, lol.Anyway 1000 Stars to this location! Will defiantly eat there again when/if passing through!

I ordered a fish and chicken platter. I was supposed to get two pieces of fish and three pieces of chicken. When I got home I had only one piece of fish and two pieces of chicken. I was aggravated because I had ordered this meal to share. It wouldn’t be worth the gas to turn around and go back to make the order right as I live quite far from there. Yes, I probably should have checked inside the box before leaving, I just expect people to get orders correct.I have not been to LJS in 5 years or more.. I probably will never go back. Quality has gone downhill. No wonder a lot of their stores have closed or are in the process of closing.

3 poeple acted as if they was on drugs lady who took our order kept repeating just a minute for 30 mins then said idk wennitbwill be ready just have a seat food was very greasy and burnt tasting I used to love this

My coworkers & I were working a short distance from Captain D's & decided to go for lunch. By the time we arrived, we had a consensus that everyone preferred Long John Silver's so out the door we went & we drove the 3 miles to LJS. I was surprised to see the prices at Long John Silver's were significantly higher than Captain D's. I had thought it was the other way around. The restaurant appeared old but well maintained. I ordered mac & cheese balls & chicken planks. The mac & cheese balls looked like the advertised picture, but they tasted burnt. The chicken was hot, crispy & delicious. I would return here because the chicken was so good & that is my favorite LJS product. I will not order the mac & cheese balls again.

They forgot the tarter sauce for my fish combo and my drink. I called and they said I could come back and get it. I'm on oxygen and wasn't going to ask my son to go back. They offered no other solution. Won't be going back!
