Spencer was our server, and was efficient and super sweet. Ordered the flos filet med rare and it was seared to perfection. The broccoli was soft and seasoned just right!!! It’s not a regular place for us in Kingsport, but it might be now!!

Don't order takeout/to go from this Longhorn in the big 2025.
Steaks are ice cold and barely cooked, potatoes are hard and dry as if they've been sitting under a warmer for multiple hours, salads seem to be just thrown together with whatever they have and they won't tell you they're out of lettuce, just sub it. This isn't even the first time either, I've had this same problem for the past few attempts at getting to go food from here this year.
I don't know if they maybe reserve the old and unpresentable food for takeout or what but they've really gone downhill in quality/food prep. You'd think $30 per meal would warrant decent food.
In previous years they had amazing takeout, it was no different than eating inside.
Gonna have to settle for a different steak joint I guess. Who knew trying to get a steak on the way home from work would be such a challenge lol

Very disappointed with our steaks. The prairie dust seasoning was so hot my husband and I couldn't eat the steaks. We told the server it was too spicy and asked what was on it. She told us prairie dust and laughed. Never again.

We recently dined at LongHorn Steakhouse in Kingsport, TN, and had an exceptional experience. Our waiter, Andrew, provided awesome service, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. When you go here, ask for Andrew, you'll be glad you did!
I ordered a strip steak, which was cooked to perfection, and the ribs were absolutely amazing. The sides were all tasty. Do NOT miss the brussel sprouts!! The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive dining experience.
If you're looking for a great meal with excellent service, I highly recommend visiting LongHorn Steakhouse in Kingsport. Andrew and the rest of the staff will ensure you have a memorable dining experience!

The food was awesome 😎 Full of flavor. I got the sirloin and shrimp on skewers, salad and crispy brussel sprouts in a honey sauce. Sooo Good never ate better sprouts!

Lost in the South
Decided to make LH the birthday dinner stop this year. The food and the service were both excellent on this visit. Aside from the grilled shrimp being a bit overdone on one side, everything was fresh and cooked well, and our drinks never went empty. Can't ask for much better than that!
