Served $14 warm pretzels frozen. They apologized, said the manager would make it right, went back, microwaved them and then brought them back apologizing and stating they warmed them up. We had eaten off of these. So yall took food that was eaten off of, brought it back into a kitchen, heated it in brought it out. I could taste the burnt grease on the wings. Couldn’t get our drink order right FOUR times. The $10 fries was a tiny amount of freezer burned crinkle fries with canned nacho dip slopped on it. We had to get our own napkins and silverware. We came because of multiple glowing reviews from friends and we will NOT be back. Got our check and got charged full price. Kids cup was supposed to light up and we were told they’d never seen those before. We truly would have saved money and had a better experience going to McDonalds.
It took my husband forever to finally meet with a manager to discuss the issues. The manager was AVOIDING HIM HE HAD TO GO UP TO THE KITCHEN! There were 2 other small groups here. They were not busy whatsoever. Manager kept trying to give us a gift card - no way.

I won't be going here again. I've eaten here twice... but only because I try not to make judgements based on a single experience. There was no one to seat us when we came in, and the guy who did was indistinguishable from any other customer. We had to wait forever for our waitress to take our order, then another eternity to actually get it. The food was mediocre at best, made worse by the time it took to get it. At the time, the place was nearly empty, save for a few people at the bar.
It would be very easy to make this place a good place to go... Hire people that act like they care about their jobs, and put food on people's tables in a reasonable amount of time.

Lots of cool decorations in the wall, the place feels like a locked in time capsule. The food is great with an expansive menu like they have. They have a little something for everyone so I highly recommend this place!

Very unsatisfied with our visit considering the lack of customers at the restaurant and the horrible service received. I wish I could give them 0 stars. The restaurant had maybe 5 or 6 tables inside eating and our one table on the patio. We first arrived to the patio and took at least 15 minutes just for a server to show up and take a drink order after we had to go inside and remind the host we were outside to be informed that “they will try to find a server” Then after we ordered food ,it did not come out for 45 minutes after- at the best room temp. French fries were forgotten and then brought out cold as can be. Never saw the waitress again to ask if we needed anything, and even had to go inside and find her to pay. Then when we found her at the bar, she ignored us, walked to the back and then she walked right by us inside waiting to pay, and brought the ticket to the table. Very annoying because we truly liked coming here- but after this visit we will not be back. Not once did we hear an apology from the waitress, management, or anything.

Came here me and my wife's fifth wedding anniversary. My wife ordered a burger for her meal. When she received it it was way to greasy and it turned her off. She didn't even take a bite. The waiter ( Ivy who was amazing) and I tried to see if she wanted anything else but the burger just turned her off. Instead of taking the burger off the manger on duty just took 10% percent off. Will never come back.

We are very unsatisfied with our visit. We were excited to eat here as we enjoyed our first time that we came here. Our experience this go around was having several other people come in after us and being served before us. We sat there for 30 minutes and after giving us our waters never came back. It could be because my husband is black, who knows? Serving several other tables and just leaving us there sitting was a very loud statement to us, especially since it was not busy. We are so sad because they have such good food and we were so excited eat here until this experience.
