I love this place ! But the three girls working together here on April 25th Saturday at 4:00 pm all of them was trashing the owner/Boss to each other while my family was in there and five young boys walked in and the girls told them to leave .The girl with glasses has been working here a while and i cant believe her attitude. It is awkward and if i was the owner id want to know . Slandering and complaining out loud is such a gross practice.

The ice cream here is always top notch and the service matches. My husband surprised me with an ice cream cake for a milestone birthday. My favorite flavor (it’s hard to pick) cotton candy was featured. The icing was whipped which was a nice light complement to the rich ice cream and something unique was the thin layer of cake at the bottom which was the perfect thickness! Thank you Marble Slab for exceeding expectations!

Good ice cream. Still on the expensive side, but there aren't very many options in Kingsport unless you go to a fast food restaurant. They are busiest on Saturdays and could definitely schedule more help to get the line moving.
