They don't know what cold cuts are. Very inexperienced, sandwiches are just okay but don't ask them to make you a specialty nobody there has common sense or the inclination of how to make a chefs special. They call it a deli but it's not entirely. Delis are defined by the fresh, often daily-prepared, food products they offer, including cold cut meats, sliced cheeses, sandwiches, salads, and soups while the majority of this is laid out for customers to view In glass refrigerated cases making it easy for you to view for what you would like to eat or purchase. Including single sliced cold cuts from all over the world based on the supplier.

Not the best first experience, at all, only reason i gave it 3 stars was because the manager refunded my check and was very kind, the restaurant was dead and they forgot one of my food items, had to drive another 45 minutes just to go back home to a sandwich that was quite mediocre...22 dollars for a footlong italian that was mostly bread and a small caesar salad....come on man...food service workers need to take more pride in what they do, as a decade chef, and italian american, i know good food, this is was quite dissapointing as most kingsport restaurants are.

The melted Ham and Cheese was good. And also their salads are fabulous! Very spacious. Had no trouble maneuvering my power chair. A+

Carrot cake was phenomenal, they were sold out of mostly all other desserts and I can see why! We tried the peach cobbler cheesecake which was also delicious
The BLT+A is great. The prices are really high but it beats a lot of burger places.

Not sure how this is a 4.5/5. No chicken in a chicken salad, sour cream and cheese dip wasn’t on nachos, pretty mediocre food for the cost. Plenty of options around it that are better.

I had a large order for 14 people. I was having trouble doing it through the phone. I went inside the store to place an order with no issues. Billy helped me placing the order. It was prompt and made easy. My food for 14 orders was made extremely fast. McKenzie helped me take the order to the car without hesitation.

I GOTTA SAY THE MANAGER TONIGHT AT THE KINGSPORT LOCATION CAME THRU LIKE A KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR. IM LOCATED IN ANOTHER STATE FROM MY MOTHER AND OFTEN ORDER HER DINNER VIA DELIVERY SERVICES.
