Not the best first experience, at all, only reason i gave it 3 stars was because the manager refunded my check and was very kind, the restaurant was dead and they forgot one of my food items, had to drive another 45 minutes just to go back home to a sandwich that was quite mediocre...22 dollars for a footlong italian that was mostly bread and a small caesar salad....come on man...food service workers need to take more pride in what they do, as a decade chef, and italian american,...

I had a large order for 14 people. I was having trouble doing it through the phone. I went inside the store to place an order with no issues. Billy helped me placing the order. It was prompt and made easy. My food for 14 orders was made extremely fast. McKenzie helped me take the order to the car without hesitation.
