I hadn't been to this McD's in a long time and what a surprise! At approx 7:00 a.m. there was only one other customer. It was beautifully clean, even the bathroom. However the touch screen wouldn't accept my order and so I had to go to the counter where there was only one server. The food was good but eating in a totally quiet dining room was creepy.

Website and Google both say 24 hours but said they closed for cleaning at 3:17 am which is bs because it's supposed to be 24 hrs. Man on the drive through was very rude when we mentioned that they are 24 hrs. If they can't get cleaning and orders done then maybe they shouldn't be so short staffed this early in the morning. Needless to say didn't get anything because they can't get there stuff done.

I went through the drive thru twice and they messed up my order both times. I asked for only ketchup, they just added ketchup along with the mayo and lettuce both times. I also was not given any dipping sauce after asking for it. My food is always messed up when I go here and the fries are stale.

absolutely the worst McDonald's in our area. we got the wrong order, our food was cold after we got the right order and the play area was dirty. we watched multiple people come in from the drive thru because their order was wrong and from where I was sitting I could see employees standing around talking while people we waiting for their orders. one lady had been standing there 20 minutes waiting. no management no excuse.

Every single time we go here something is messed up just order a big Mac extra sauce set and watched dude making burgers he runs out of big Mac sauce and just keeps making burgers witch wouldn't be so bad if that's all that comes on a big Mac and my wife's cheese burger was the worst one ever seen made hamburger was over cooked on both burgers and the bread was stale every time we go here they mess something up every time pityful

I was waiting for my order. And I watched a worker mess with his hair and wipe his nose and not change gloves. I assume the lady that was in a blue shirt that had watched him was a manager did nothing. than a box 20 nuggets fell out of their box on to the little conveyor. and a manager called it out and the guy that touched his hair and wiped his nose proceeded to grab all the nuggets. And put them back in the box and gave it to the customer.

Some of the employees are nothing but rude. They just shove your order out the drive thru,then shut the window without a word. The next time same girl as about my order and I had to repeat it twice,then another person asked the same question.

They left the fries out of my grandsons happy meal. I didn't check it. I should have known better. It was the only thing I ordered. How hard is it to make sure a happy meal is complete. I tried to call 7 or 8 times. They never answered. Guess I shouldn't be surprised.
y’all grimy… i ordered in advance, got there, tried giving me food that wasn’t mine before confirming the order w me, forgot my sauce, drinks and the 60cents i paid extra for caramel drizzle, when i got the equivalent of a booger is hilarious. and if i ask for PICKLES on a sandwich I WANT PICKLES, PLURAL, NOT SINGULAR AS I GOT 1 PICKLE…. ruthless. y’all lucky i was hungry and im not a karen bc i would’ve been asking for my money BACK.

If I could give a zero star I would. Whoever the girl manager is on night was very rude. I ordered a plain mcchicken,regular mcchicken, 4 peice nuggets,medium fry and a sweat tea. Get home with the food not even a 5 mintue drive and all the food is rock hard and cold. The sweat tea is metal tasting and nasty. I called 4 times before they answered and when they did I explained what was wrong with the food. She said if you can come back we can replace it but my household just got home from work and didn’t wanna get back out. So I told her that everytime I come there the food is never fresh. She then proceeds to tell me “ oh well don’t comeback then”. Then hangs up on me. Not once was I rude about anything I said. Corporate will be notified about this person and I will be contacting the health department over the food temps

Went through the drive thru around 8:30pm on 3/5/25, ordered a filet-o-fish combo. The fries they gave me were barely cooked, looked like they were pulled before the timer went off. They were soggy, ice cold, saturated in salt and had clearly been sitting there for a long time. My fish sandwich was made correctly but it wasn’t even lukewarm, it was ice cold and hard, and the bun was not steamed like it’s supposed to be. I paid $11 for inedible crap food. Literally every time I order food from any Mcdonald’s location the quality of the food is TRASH. These people working here do not care and do less than the bare minimum.

Drive thru has slowed down, even if you use the app, inside is dead because nobody eats inside anymore because of the drink machines and condiments not being available without waiting for someone to help you.
