Took 30 min to get my breakfast once I got it It was all wrong took it back to counter the girl finger banged it with no gloves on fixed it handed it back. I tossed it in trash and will never go back to this location. It's went down hill since all the managers and crew left

Updating my review. The staff here are always on top of it. They are super friendly. Today I had a Great experience with ¿Quill? Super nice and helpful. Didn't treat me like they just wanted me out of their window. Very sweet. Most of the employees are nice but I wanted to give Quill a shout out today for making me smile

The lady this morning was really rude. I ordered sweet tea light ice. Well when I got it it was the same amount of ice as usual. Then when I emptied the ice out and asked to have more tea she said that.was light ice do u want more ice. No I want more tea not ice. The customer service here is horrible. I will never come back to this store. And then the parking now its ridiculous u have to park on the back or on the side. There is hardly any parking spots at all.
And honestly if I could give negative stars to this McDonald I would. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

Quite frankly just irritated with the food I was given was as I would say, THROWN in the bag. Both of them. Oh yes, didn’t stop there. Had to stack the burger BACK TOGETHER. Treat peoples food WITH RESPECT. I love working with food, you don’t see me messin up peoples orders

It is McDonald's. Unfortunately unlike years ago. It is what it is. Underwhelming food, bad service, unprofessional employees. McDonald's used to be agreat priced place for family with kids. Now it's over priced, Underwhelming food, served by teenager's that are more focused on doing illegal things in the parking lot. Playing with thier peers than the quality of the food and reputation of the brand.
Food is great. Most of the time they're polite. Haven't had a real big issue. Their bathrooms could be a little bit more clean but they get a lot of people in and out so it's understandable.

This is by far the worst McDonald's location I have been to. Everything from taking forever, the girl at the pay window being rude, to forgetting a bunch of items and us having to go back for a bunch of stuff. Just stay away from this location.
