Went November 28th 2025 to pickup some food for my family I was talked to like a dog by the cashier I typically spend a lot of money on McDonald’s. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone or my colleagues.

Went here and ordered 2 orders of bacon just for both of them to apparently be put in the same box although they were for separate people. Went in and asked that they give us a second and the manager was rude and told us we got what we ordered. Will never return to this location

On Friday November 14th I went thou drive thou and got a chicken ranch wrap meal and the wraps and fries and totally cold as crap and I was on lunch from work but the next day I had my RECEIPT but the manager and crew was rude and said that they couldn't replace it without the food itself. I have worked in fast food all of my life almost and we never done that. As long as you have the receipt to prove it you are suppose to replace. The manager and 1 more was totally rude and be careful what you order at this McDonald's on Fort Henry drive Kingsport Tennessee.

Don’t use the app at this location. Our food was cold by the time we got it because we waited forever for curbside. My husband finally just went in and just got it himself and only one person was working while the rest were just standing around.

This McDonald's I stopped going to for a year because they never got anything right went there this morning to my surprising they didn't get it right again this McDonald's sucks The employees do not listen they hit buttons what they want to hit they need more training.
Took 30 min to get my breakfast once I got it It was all wrong took it back to counter the girl finger banged it with no gloves on fixed it handed it back. I tossed it in trash and will never go back to this location. It's went down hill since all the managers and crew left

it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order, then another 20 for my literal mcflurry to come out (and the lady kept yelling “honey” at me

Updating my review. The staff here are always on top of it. They are super friendly. Today I had a Great experience with ¿Quill? Super nice and helpful. Didn't treat me like they just wanted me out of their window. Very sweet. Most of the employees are nice but I wanted to give Quill a shout out today for making me smile

The lady this morning was really rude. I ordered sweet tea light ice. Well when I got it it was the same amount of ice as usual. Then when I emptied the ice out and asked to have more tea she said that.was light ice do u want more ice. No I want more tea not ice. The customer service here is horrible. I will never come back to this store. And then the parking now its ridiculous u have to park on the back or on the side. There is hardly any parking spots at all.
And honestly if I could give negative stars to this McDonald I would. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to.
