I had the curry goat and a beef patty. Both were amazing. I was up in Kingsport for work and so happy to find this gem. Everyone was so nice, the restaurant is in an older building but was very clean, the service was quick, and the food was outstanding. 10/10 recommend and I'll definitely come back.

I haven't even finished eating and I just had to give a review. I would eat anything this woman put in front of me. We had the jerk chicken and the oxtail and OMG I'm hooked. The patties are so flaky and delicious. The food comes out hot and fast. I can't wait to come back and try something different and take a jerk chicken plate to go too. This place deserves more than 5 stars.

First time ever trying oxtail and MAN that was awesome. A little over $16 a plate and it was enough to share with my girlfriend. Compliments to everyone here that brought some authentic culture to a town that desperately needs it.Love you guys!

1st let me tell you , My WIfe is Jamaican, Born in Jamaica raised in Brooklyn, NY and her Daddy can cook some mean Oxtail and Rice and Peas.....She said this is the Best she has ever had.and that means something. I had the Jerk Chicken and it was amazing, My Wife had the Oxtail and said it was better than her Daddys.....That says something!Service was amazing.This is now our " Go To Spot" on our way down to our house in Morristown

My wife is a truck driver. I’m from NY. I tried this place out for the good reviews. I ordered a large oxtail with extra gravy, chicken patty and two sodas. When I came in received my food I opened it and seen I only had 3 oxalis which costs $17. I asked for my extra gravy as well as why am I receiving only 3 oxtail for $17. The man at the front was rude and said he only works in the front he’s not in the back. Someone came from the back and she stated oxtails are expensive: I explained I am a former restaurant owner I know how much they cost. $17 for 3 oxtails are INSANE. I still took my complete order paid and left. Only to get in the truck to eat a piece and they was HORRIBLE. Being a chef and being from NY and having traveled you cannot cut corners and charge your customers an insane amount just because things are expensive. If you can’t afford to serve the item don’t serve it.Oxtails aren’t good here and neither is their customer service. Chicken patty was mediocre. I would never come back.

Tried Milly’s for the first time today after craving jerk chicken since my visit to Jamaica. It was everything I would hope it would be! The flavor, quality, everything was amazing! The chicken was so tender and fall off the bone. Will definitely be eating here more and bringing family. I had the jerk chicken with cabbage rice and peas and a fried plantain all for such a good price and great portions!

Good setup to eat in even though it appears real small from the street, it actually isn't. Oxtail tastes like chuck roast super super good. Jerk chicken has nice smoky spice to it. Rice is worth coming in for. Very nice service.Kid-friendliness: Open space would be fine for kids to come in. They can eat the oxtail and cabbage as its not spicy.
