I ordered a big pal burger patty and the patty was dry as hell and the fries were overly salted. I ended up throwing most of it away. Love to support mom and pop establishments don’t know if it was an off night because establishment has good reviews so I was a bit disappointed.

I was born and raised in south-west Virginia. Pals was a highlight of my teenage years and this summer I had come to visit from Louisiana to visit my family here. I was disappointed that I didn’t get the time to have some Pal’s as that’s signature to our little mountain area, but it was almost as if the universe said it was meant to be. I had to stop to get some gas for the drive back across states and being early in the morning I was looking for a gas station that was open. Behold right next to the gas station was this Pal’s in all its big blue glory. I wish there was a name on the receipt, but the employees on the morning were so sweet! Keep up the good work all of you! ❤️ And thank you for making the last moments of my visit magical. I will surely be back next time!

Not a bad little spot. Got a chili cheese dog. It was good. I've had better and I've had worse. Fies were crazy good.

The service was very pleasant. We received the food in what could not’s be more than 2 minutes. The employees were polite and the one at the window fixed a mistake on our order fast too. And the price was very affordable coming in at just under ten dollars for two people.
