I don’t normally have any issues with Pals but this specific location’s evening crew is so rude and disrespectful. If I wanted sass with my sweet tea, I’d go to McDonald’s. Fix the attitude guys.

Everytime I come here my order is wrong. This time in specifically my burger tasted completely awful and so did the fries.
Older lady at first window had bad attitude talking to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Didn’t get what we ordered. When brought our food was greeted with negative attitude as well.

This is the slowest pals by far of any of the rest. I worked at Pals for a few days when I didnt have a job and you are not supposed to take this long. I sometimes have to wait about 7 minutes and I know thats not acceptable to Pals or at least its not the one on Fort Henry dr. They were exceptional. But unfortunately this Pals is more close to my home and work. Please speed it up. If all the rest of the Pals can do it this one can!!

Food has gone down hill. Used to be good. This review is for multiple trip in the last year. Always give a location multiple tries before a review. Used to like this spot. Ham on my biscuit was vile at one time. Mini chilli burgers tasted off. Ask for extra ketchup, only give you one little packet, and they forget. If you are going to charge higher end pricing you should provide food to match. But your shakes are good.
