This particular Pal's has always been my favorite drive-through. Lately the quality of the food has gone way down. It seems to have gotten consistently worse since Pal passed. The hot dogs aren't worth eating anymore. Today I got a Jr. Burger that was way too salty and so messy I could hardly eat it. The sweet tea isn't even up to par. I don't know if I'll be back to this one or not.
Located at Ft. Henry and Eastman rd and the closest to my house it has been my go to pals for 12years This Pals has to be in the top 3 busiest locations yet it can be lined out on to the road and still never takes more than 7-8 mins to get through and on your way . While I always have to check my order from other fast food places and always something not right here I can’t recall it ever being wrong as for the other locations also maybe 2X ever and all the staff are always...
The big pal burger and Frenchy fries is a great meal and an even better value. You will not find a burger that size and fresh, made the way you want it, for that amount of money anywhere in town.
