When friends visit, they always request a trip to Panera. Awesome food, awesome atmosphere, and awesome staff.
Last Friday (9/8) my friend Tracey Burgess from the UK and I went to Panera on Eastman Road in Kingsport for brunch. We were not disappointed - yummy food, and we were treated like royalty.

It’s a shame it doesn’t give you an option for Great Staff, on the tags. I came for breakfast this morning, I had THE BEST cinnamon swirl raisin bagel in the history of bagels… ever. I also bought a kitchen sink cookie for later (didn’t make it past 11am before I ate it!) The staff were super friendly, and service second to none. I’ll be in later to pick up my bagels I ordered to take home with me. YOU GUYS ROCK!!.. Tracey (from England) xx
My husband ordered a Fugi apple salad for me for pickup at 5:45 pm today. When he arrived to pick it up, it wasn’t ready. There was a long line and it was chaos. Upon he return home the salad he took out of the bag didn’t have any lettuce!!! See photo. I think I’m due at least a partial refund. I don’t plan to return to eat in or take out.
