This is an older store and they don’t have Kiosks. They need to update the store. The line took forever and they did not know much about the menu.

French onion soup with 6 croutons and no cheese at all and the fruit cup is nasty only melon in there no berries like pictured and fruit isn't even ripe. Wasted alot of money stopping here today for pick up. Can say was fast but soup is already prepared

Went for breakfast this morning, got a ham egg and cheese sandwiches. Not only did It not have egg, it had only one slice of ham that wasn't even big enough to cover the bread. I know mistakes happen, but I was one of 3 people in there, so no reason to have my oder wrong. Worst $7.22.

Usually like this place and their food. Saw they have a New menus item a French Dipper. I got a pick 2 so just half a sandwich. There was only 2 tiny pieces of meat mostly bread. Their New chili was good. Won’t get the sandwich again.

no bread at Panera BREAD :-( no bread bowls and no baguette and nothing to substitute besides chips :-(
EVERY SINGLE TIME! I come in here to get soup they're out of the bread that comes with it. Get it together. I know this is more of a reflection of management and their consist inability to order/make enough bread correctly for each day. This has been happening for the last 2 years🙄. Staff is always pleasant though

I have never been treated so kindly as I was here. Billy and Ruth were awesome and made my visit so enjoyable! This is the best Panera in the area!

My first impression walking in was bad because the employees were acting really odd. Food was good, but overpriced. I feel like $55 for three people to eat sandwiches is a bit ridiculous. The meat portion size on the cheesesteak was skimpy. Overall the sandwiches tasted good, so I'd probably go back.

Used to be our favorite spot. Since their most recent menu "upgrades" everything is worse. The bread isn't sourdough, the salad portions sizes don't even fill up half the bowl. They give plastic utensils. So sad that they seem to be cutting corners in all the wrong places... spent $20+ for 2 meals and we both left more hungry then when we got there. I would recommend thai noodle town they are delicious and filling.

They literally reduced portion sizes to 1/2.
Lettuce was nasty and brown. They changed all their bread recipes too!!

Chicken wild rice soup was very good. The 1/2 sandwich I got (BLT) was disappointing; 3 TINY pieces of bacon that would not equal a full strip of regular bacon & the tomatoes weren't good either (overripe so slightly 'mealy'). The bread it was on was good so that was the only saving grace to the sandwich.
