Visited this location this morning for a large order and after placing my order I was waiting patiently as a scruffy gentleman came in, clearly struggling with bring unhomed my cashier was busy, preparing my order. There was a lady behind the counter who I can only guess his manager with a gray shirt on refused to acknowledge him, speak to him or even make eye contact. He finally gave up and left, but someone who I only can believe is her significant other came in she prepared him a free meal with a cookie and a drink and headed him out the door. I can’t understand the lack of respect here. Will likely not shop here again.

The food and bakery items are very good — always fresh and high quality. Customer service is generally favorable but can be inconsistent. My main concerns are that tables often aren’t cleaned quickly enough, and the coffee is frequently lukewarm after 2 PM because the containers aren’t kept filled. Those areas definitely need attention.

I used to love Panera once upon a time but the last few times I’ve come here have been terrible. Sadly it’s just not worth the price anymore. I stopped by here around 2:15pm on 6/12 and got the pick two, half cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich and half southwest chicken salad. The side of french baguette they gave me was old, it was so stale and hard it was crunchy like croutons. The chicken salad was just ok, nowhere near as good as the Napa almond chicken salad they took off the menu and they put it on sourdough bread that wasn’t toasted, it was kind of gross. Raw untoasted sourdough is gross. The salad was the biggest disappointment of all…they gave me regular ranch instead of chipotle ranch. All that was on it was a couple bites of chicken, a few tortilla strips and a small wedge of avocado (I asked for no corn). No cheese. What about this was “southwest”? What I mostly got was a big bowl full of hard white pieces of lettuce. Terrible quality food, $18 down the drain. Probably won’t return.

The Oak Tree Journeys
Love love love this Panera's! It's been a while since I've been in and unfortunately, they no longer serve those amazing ultra caffeinated drinks, BUT the service and food are amazing! I am allergic to gluten and I forgot to ask for chips. The young men making the food were awesome and switched out my fork and napkins that had touched the bread. I need to start coming here more often.
