The food and bakery items are very good — always fresh and high quality. Customer service is generally favorable but can be inconsistent. My main concerns are that tables often aren’t cleaned quickly enough, and the coffee is frequently lukewarm after 2 PM because the containers aren’t kept filled. Those areas definitely need attention.

This was the second time that I've ordered a loaf of bread and they didn't have it, but the manager Ruth(?) worked to resolve the situation in a way that worked for me and I appreciate that!
