Eat dessert first!

Been eating here religiously for over 30 years. It went to hell before Covid and so we stopped going for a few years. Well we decided to go back last night hoping it had improved. We had skipped lunch and it was well past dinner time so we were starving. I ordered steak and eggs. It was overcooked. The eggs were cold and the yolks were solid. The $4 a glass tea tasted like sugar water and no refills were offered, or I would have asked for water. Our waitress didn't return after putting down our plates until it was time to give us our checks. We watched customers stand for a long time waiting to check out and others waiting to be seated. I pulled out my phone and called the restaurant to draw their attention to the front. When it was my turn to check out, I heard the manager YELL at a server from the kitchen to check me out, she was busy cleaning our table. She asked if we enjoyed our meal, we ate our meal because it was edible and we were starving and I left hungry because my portions were small. But myeh was my answer. Nothing else was said. The restaurant was dirty. The pie case was sad. What happened to the Perkins I used to love?

I’d go to Waffle House. The food is better and it’s cheaper. Wasn’t impressed with my soggy hash browns (the menu says crispy). Eggs were cooked perfectly though.

I went here for breakfast once right when they opened and it was awesome lovely waitress lovely chicken fried steak I mean I was really happy

Fast food, ample amounts for the price. Free refills!! No waiting, clean dinning area. Don't forget buy 3 get three in the bakery!! BEST muffins ever!!!

Food was amazing! Very good quality and flavor! I had the big skillet, which was everything breakfast and it was killer. Also got a peanut butter silk pie. Our server Danny was very nice and had us set! Will definitely be back 😁

Food was delicious waitress was very friendly and helpful. Was disappointed that they had no eclairs and discontinued the twin berry syrup
