Great Q, beans were about perfect, slaw was grand, service is good, they're busier than a one armed paper hanger.

Delicious sliced brisket with just enough smoke, salty green beans, and delicious slaw. The garlic bread needs to be better and not limp. Great atmosphere with open porch seating option. A little out of the way unless yoy live here, but you are in for a treat.

The barbecue was ok a little dry and the potato casserole was nothing like it use to be. My wife and I both were disappointed with the quality of the food and I don't know if we will be returning.

Wonderful BBQ, best baked beans I've ever tasted. I was surprised how much we took home, it really filled us up. We had to buy the blackberry fire BBQ sauce to take home w/ us, best I've ever tried. Wonderful experience, very friendly staff. Will be back, yummy!!!!

If you are in eastern Tennessee and in the mood for BBQ, stop by Phil’s. You won’t be disappointed.

Most everyone in our group went with the pulled pork. I got the pork belly burnt ends. It was all good but the sampler looked really good. #nexttime

Service - excellent.
Food - too spicy.

The best BBQ in the Tri Cities! Got the full rack of ribs to go and they were amazing! Right amount of smoke flavor and the consistency was absolutely outstanding!

Good laid back BBQ joint. The food was pretty good, not the best I've had in the area. The ribs were a little tough and didn't fall off the bone very easy, brisket and pulled pork were both good. We got Mac n cheese and hash brown casserole for the sides which were both good, but nothing special. I'll definitely be back though!
