I would recomend you refurbish the carpet and ceiling (too dark). Furthermore brimg in someone that's professional and knows how to operate a restaurant (assuming the previous manager isnt returning). This is the Kingsport Tn. location. Been eating here for so long that since you been closed down I have about starved! I am imploring you to bring in someone that can turn this cafeteria back to the successful business it used to be.

I've been going to Piccadilly's since they opened. I will always be a loyal and faithful customer. Particularly love the roast beef. Also a big fan of the wide selection of vegetables. Highly recommended!

When my Wife and I visited Fort Henry Mall, I couldn't resist to visit this Piccadilly, not only for nostalgia, but also due to knowing their Serving-Line business model is a dying breed. The Service was great and the food was as comfortable I remember. The decor took me back years with it's carpeting, Wallpaper, Green Drapes, sturdy wood furniture, all in a dining room layout. Piccadilly shouldn't be compared to modern Menu-Driven eateries such as O'Charleys or even Cracker Barrel anymore than a Drive-In Theater can be compared to Pinnacle Theater. I'll just encourage all to visit Piccadilly for good comfort food and, as important, an experience of pure nostalgia, not premeditated nostalgia as cleverly marketed by Cracker Barrel or any number of Smoky Mountain Pigeon-Forge-Gatlinburg Restaurants. Piccadilly's atmosphere is pure, legitimate, and still exist because, for better or worse, they never catered to mass-market trends, only to the customer physically in front of them at that moment in time. My wife and I will visit Piccadilly, every-time we go to Fort Henry Mall.

Lucky we found one of these still in business, old cafeteria style. Home cooking. Food was excellent, waitress Christy was outstanding. Will be back!!!

Piccadilly is a restaurant that has been around for years. The food has always been of high quality and the staff has always been excellent in their service. The food served there always taste excellent. The roast beef has always been the center piece of their menu. Dining there is always a great experience. It bring back a wonderful nostalgic memory of childhood for me. My wife and I enjoy dinning there and the price point is very competitive to other restaurants. If you are looking for a family styled meal in a relaxing environment I highly recommend Piccadilly.

Has not changed since the 90's. Food is ok... usually old from sitting there all day and the fountain drink machine must never get cleaned because it smells like mold when you walk by it and we had black flakes floating in our drinks. Service is good though.

We have not eaten there in a long time but it was as good as I remembered. We will definitely go back soon.

Great food, great service.

The selection and taste are great! The service could be a bit better. Inside atmosphere is a dim lit area that would remind you of like a hotel meeting room or something. The interior is a bit aged as well. Overall a good place to eat!
