We were regulars at this location for years until one saturday night we ordered a pizza and it was not even cooked thoroughly, called to see if we could get a replacement the night of or the next and they would not allow it, I said I would gladly take a refund and they wouldn't do that, then I said I would bring the pizza back in and let their manager see if they would be in the next couple days and of course they arent gonna be in for weeks after the fact. $20 pizza? May as well pay $6 for little caesars extra most bestest and not have crackheads make your food

My order was wrong so they asked me to drive around and come back. I came back and I had 4 pizzas and one of them was still wrong. They told me I would have to wait and come back so I told them to forget it I will take what I got.

Shouldve taken my first red flag when the parking lot was empty during buffet hours, LOL. Walk in, nobody is at the counter. Some guy is sitting on a bucket on his phone in the kitchen. Waited 15 minutes and still seen no sight of an employee. Cant even review the food because we left. What a joke of a business

Literally do not think they have workers. It’s 12:30 on a Saturday. Not a single car in the parking lot but when we went in there was a guy sitting there in the back on his phone and one girl making pizza (the buffet was not open) but no one ever said anything to us and just let us sit there for 5-10 minutes and basically ignored the fact we were sitting there. We just got up and left as they watched us do. Very weird and wouldn’t recommend.

Will never order from this place again pizzas seems rushed toppings are all ways messed up if you try to call them & explain they become confrontational would never recommend this want a be pizza chain just sorry save your money order from somewhere that actually knows how to make a pizza
