The driver and phone girl unprofessional. The manager very unprofessional smart ass because I ask them to remake my food, because I didn't get the driver left it in lobby of nursing facility after they were told to bring to room an to call me when they got here.

I have enjoyed eating here at thsi Pizza Plus since I was a child. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly. We love going here. It’s kind of like the feel of an old school diner, but it’s Pizza and more! My child loves this place we get her a pizza there once a week!

Lately the quality of food and service is completely lacking. Recently visited buffet only to discover the lack of pizza, unless you only eat cheese pizza. Today called in order for medium pepperoni, got pineapple, allergic to pineapple. Called to be told we messed up several orders we can remake it and you can come back and pick it up or issue you a partial credit for your order. I would advise caution, check your order before pulling away.

I order the original chicken hoagie a lot from here. Most of the time the bread is too done and crunchy but today the hoagie was perfect! I’m pretty sure the man that waited on me was the one that made it, his name is Travis. Great job, it was delicious!!

We arrived approximately till 2:00. There was no pizza left on the buffet whatsoever. We didn't know the buffet ended at 2:00 and we asked for some pizza and they reluctantly made some but did not make what we wanted. They said we can only make this and that was it. With the customers that was in here the pizza was out in a hurry and we asked for some other pizzas to be made. They said it was only 2 minutes after 2:00 and that's when they shut down the buffet. So I did not get to eat much anything that I really wanted. Just whatever that they were going to throw in front of me. This will be the last time that I eat at Pizza Plus in Bloomingdale! And that's a shame because I live with him a mile of their business and frequently ordered pizzas from here for me and my family.

We ordered the other night 1 lg Spaghetti with meatballs 1 small spaghetti with meatballs 2 salads.By the time we tipped our driver we spent forty seven dollor's the food to gets here There are no meatballs on either Spaghetti one of the salads What's supposed to have had no cucumbers Both of the salads had cucumbers I'll call back and speak to a manager.Said I will credit this Food back to you I call. Today To get that food and that credit made ten dollars One large spaghetti will cost ten dollars I will. Never order from pizza plus again. The manager. Was too busy to take the call tonight. I will be calling. Corporate office first thing in the morning..

Went there at 12:30 for lunch buffet with 3 coworkers. There was no pizza. Upon seeing us they made us share two pizzas with two other groups. We had to get our own drinks. The salad lettuce was dried and left out. There was two or three employees to run the whole restaurant. There was two employees to run the register the buffet the janitorial work The manager work the dishwashing The cooking and regular orders. Just will not be going there for buffet again

It's a hit or miss these days. This place used to be awesome. It cost almost $40 for a couple to eat pizza here. The service is mediocre. The employees here have attitude issues. They act like you're an inconvenience when you stop by to eat and put money into the restaurant.
