We arrived approximately till 2:00. There was no pizza left on the buffet whatsoever. We didn't know the buffet ended at 2:00 and we asked for some pizza and they reluctantly made some but did not make what we wanted. They said we can only make this and that was it. With the customers that was in here the pizza was out in a hurry and we asked for some other pizzas to be made. They said it was only 2 minutes after 2:00 and that's when they shut down the buffet. So I did not get to eat much anything that I really wanted. Just whatever that they were going to throw in front of me. This will be the last time that I eat at Pizza Plus in Bloomingdale! And that's a shame because I live with him a mile of their business and frequently ordered pizzas from here for me and my family.

We order from there all the time. We ordered the other night 1 lg Spaghetti with meatballs 1 small spaghetti with meatballs 2 salads.By the time we tipped our driver we spent forty seven dollor's the food to gets here There are no meatballs on either Spaghetti one of the salads What's supposed to have had no cucumbers Both of the salads had cucumbers I'll call back and speak to a manager.Said I will credit this Food back to you I call. Today To get that food and that credit made ten dollars One large spaghetti will cost ten dollars I will. Never order from pizza plus again. The manager. Was too busy to take the call tonight. I will be calling. Corporate office first thing in the morning..

Went there at 12:30 for lunch buffet with 3 coworkers. There was no pizza. Upon seeing us they made us share two pizzas with two other groups. We had to get our own drinks. The salad lettuce was dried and left out. There was two or three employees to run the whole restaurant. There was two employees to run the register the buffet the janitorial work The manager work the dishwashing The cooking and regular orders. Just will not be going there for buffet again

It's a hit or miss these days. This place used to be awesome. It cost almost $40 for a couple to eat pizza here. The service is mediocre. The employees here have attitude issues. They act like you're an inconvenience when you stop by to eat and put money into the restaurant.

A week and half ago I ordered a pizza from here for $20.20 it was raw it was doughy I called them and told they about it and the lady said that she would replace it I call back and to night to get it she told me I could get it because it was to late I had to do it the same night but she never told me that I even ordered another one couple days after the first one for $20.20 and they didnt give the credit for that one I had to pay the full price tonight she told me that out of the 20 credit she said I only had $6 is there any one else that got ripped off by them are they that broke that they need to steal money I wouldnt buy anything from pizza plus on Bloomingdale not ever again even if I had to walk 10 miles I'm on a fixed income they just take it when they wan't it and you can't do anything about it I have never paid $20 for a one toping pizza that doesn't have any no tomato paste on it they used make good pizzas now there trying to get by, by not putting much on them i sure do thank them for doing a great business with customers I've been getting pizza here for years I hope you go out of business the way you started doing people taken from a disability man over a piece of dough and few pieces of pepperoni not like they used to do they can take the $20.20 and see if they get any richer

Ordered delivery for 2 items, waited an hour, called and was informed it was on delivery vehicle, waited another hour and was told the order was put as pickup the whole time. Not sure how the place is in business
I placed my order for delivery,I told them the last 4 orders I've got,I've ordered and paid for extra sauce and I never get it! I said idc to pay but PLEASE make sure I get it. Well over an hour later here it is, missing the extra sauce once again for the 5th time! Also my sub looked like it was cooked in the microwave, not brown at all .. so here I am cooking my own food I paid them to cook.. not real happy at all

I order food at 8:44 p.m and at 10:05 they still haven't shown up and they close at 10, I call no answer so I guess they just decided to not deliver food

When I called to place my order, they asked if I was paying cash or card. I said cash and asked if the driver would have changed for $100. I was assured he would. When the driver arrived, he did not, after I told him I ask he just shrugged and was talking on his phone the entire time. Wouldn't put the phone down to tell me about the change or hand me my order. He just talked on the phone through the entire exchange. I'll order from Papa johns from now on
