Purchased a surf and turf meal a side of Buffalo Mac and cheese and a side of Cole slaw….requested spicy received regular with 1 pack of Buffalo sauce I guess that constitutes spicy ….the two tenders were kid sized and undercooked had to be thrown away. 2 pieces of popcorn shrimp not the shrimp that was described a bunch of cold soggy fries. Found the biscuit at the bottom looked good went to eat it there was a big black hair on it. The Buffalo mac and cheese was just regular max and cheese and it was so cold (I’m 2 minutes from where it was picked up). The cheese was like jello if people are paying $16 to $20 for your already basic food I would atleast hire people who can cook it through and not leave their hair in it

Went through the drive thru to get the 6.99 shrimp tackle box that is being very heavily advertised, was informed that they were out of the butterfly shrimp and ask if i would like the popcorn shrimp instead, said it came with 2 chicken tenders also, fries and a biscuit and a small drink . I was NOT informed i was getting and paying for a combo meal , so i ordered a small red beans and rice also. I pull up to the window to pay and it was 16.73 , with reluctance i payed for my order and left . The popcorn shrimp was so hard it was not edible. If your restaurant is going to advertise a certain item , then make sure you have more than enough of the advertised items on hand , excuse me but that is business 101 fyi , 2nd make sure your employees inform the customer that the item they are offering in place of the out of stock item ordered is priced significantly higher and is by no means a better value . This location has just lost a loyal and long time customer. Good luck with your very deceptive business practices!

Just recently started coming to this Popeyes and let me just say the blackened chicken and Mac and cheese is always on point!!! The staff are super friendly and helpful always have a smile on their face. The inside is clean & a nice sit down spot for the family!

I went through the drive thru on 1/18/24 around 6:00pm, ordered the fried chicken club sandwich combo, what I got was not a chicken club, just the regular plain chicken sandwich. Not sure what they actually rang up because there was barely enough ink on my receipt to read it. I’m not sure why people say this is a good sandwich because I instantly regretted eating it, it was disgusting. The breading is SOAKED with fryer grease and they put so much mayonnaise on it, trying to eat it was like eating pure lard. It left a film in my mouth. Gross!

Took 33 minutes to get our chicken ? no one there before us and drove thru was empty. The excuse is was "oh we are just now putting down more chicken" made no sense why it wouldn't have already been made? Don't think I'll be back for awhile.
