Not open on the weekend which I find strange for a donut place but if you can get here on the weekday when they are making the glazed donuts fresh, you might have the best donuts of your life. They are so good I dream about them.

I have gotten doughnuts from Seaver's for years. I bet a guy in Roanoke that Seaver's would beat the KK and he laughed. I went to visit my sister and took this man and his wife a dozen of Seaver's and he thought he had gone to heaven..he raved about these doughnuts the whole weekend. Every time I went back which was every two weeks I had to get them a dozen. I took some to visit friends in Knoxville a year or so ago and the same praise. I sure wish they were open on Saturdays as I could get them when they were fresh. I always would stop by 8 and take them. I have never eaten any doughnut from Seaver's that I wouldn't rate a 10...the employees at the window have always been so nice to me and I will continue to go there. Again, I wish they would open on Saturdays even if just half a day. Thanks Seavers for an excellent doughnut and good employees.

Service was decent. Donuts are okay and not warn. Cookie crumble donut was sorta like a low average oreo flavor.

Best Donut in Kingsport, I've been coming here for years.... Haven't reviewed them because unfortunately the inside isn't open anymore. Maple Bacon you can almost see the lightly fried grease still gleeming off the donut. Before you even smell it. Yes it's Always like this and they do prepare them for you so give it a cple minutes. Got a few minutes this is a Fresher more manicured, less sweet Krispy Cream. Everything else is good as well.
Purchased box of cream filled donuts at Food Country in Abingdon. Has expiration date in 3 days. Very, very stale. Tough, hard to chew, and very dry with little cream filling. We have always liked Seavers, but won't purchase again!

I bought some of these doughnuts at a local store in Erwin because they were a great deal.... and let me just say, these doughnuts are so delicious! I only like 2 types of doughnuts in the world & this is 1 of them.
These are by far the best donuts around. However, today I purchased donuts for a special needs classroom. The server did not offer napkins. When I requested them, she said she'd have to go to the back and get them. When she returned she counted out a few napkins and handed them to me. I asked her if I could have more, because the donuts were for a group of special needs kids. She then lectured me on their policy not to give out extra napkins, and then handed me a few more. Then she proceeded to tell me that she only gave me the " extra" napkins because she was the one working, but to remember the policy for the next time. I spent $36 on two dozen donuts and, granted, they are always good donuts. However, I seriously doubt that for the $18 they charge per dozen, they can't let customers have a few extra napkins upon request, particularly in cases where the request is for people with special needs. I also seriously doubt there will be a " next time."
