The meal was delicious, super healthy, and fed my husband and one of my little ones for 3 meals! Owner has been very kind and responsive to questions/requests I’ve had.

Dietary restrictions: Always gluten free, I know I can count on safe and delicious options. I can’t rave enough about smashmeals. They are my go-to place for meal prep. They provide healthy options that are affordable. I purchased their Thanksgiving dinner this week and it made the week a breeze. I was able to focus on the good parts of Thanksgiving and not be stressed. Thank you for your kindness and your amazing gluten free food!

An excellent selection of fresh, flavorful gluten-free meals. I especially appreciate that each container clearly lists the macros, saving me the hassle of looking them up myself. Pickup is always quick, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. :)

I pick up meals at CrossFit Arcane where I work out so it is super convenient for me. I need portion control, so these meals are perfect for me. I can be picky, but I’ve loved everything I’ve tried! The food is fresh and there is a lot of variety. I am full when I finish my meal. I highly recommend!
