The quality food and variety keep me on track to meet my goals. I love the time Smash Meal saves me for both prep time and during the work week when I just need the ability to grab and go. I really can’t say enough about the customer service, they have helped me fix or add to my order on multiple occasions when I have forgotten something or have been late ordering and are always so friendly! They make ordering easy!

Had to give a trading card as part of the deal IYKYK. For airline crews if you call or email Josh he has some extra meals for sale during the week. Stayed at the Marriott next door for a layover with my airline, delicious, healthy, and travel ready. Great for anyone staying nearby or laying over for the night, made my meal planning for the week that much easier. Also, a much more affordable option than airport food!

I have been ordering smash meals since 2019. It helps me to eat healthier on a day that I might order pizza. They have some new menu items that are really delicious. The filet is the best I’ve ever had and it takes a lot to impress me with beef! Their snacks are phenomenal so I always order extra for when I’m craving something sweet. I would give them 10 stars if I could! ⭐️

I had the pineapple chicken with jasmine rice and vegetables. It was really good. These meals are great if you are trying to lose weight or if you have a busy lifestyle.
