People arguing in the parking lot put my order in 20 minutes later I hit the button they asked if they could help me I told him I was checking on my order and then click they never responded back waited another 15 min on the food

Oder a route 44 grape lime aid and a all American dog. I pay with credit card when they hand me my route 44 back it is with the card almost drop both but okay it was the Manger so what ever. I get my all American dog and they put so much relish that the bun was soggy from the juice and enough mustard for 3 dogs. This was at the drive though what the heck.

seriously? i waited several minutes on this too. if it’s gonna be old, you should at least be quick. if it takes 7 minutes, it should at least be semi fresh. that’s like the bare minimum expectation for fast food.

Very slow with orders, you can never call them on the phone and sometimes you sit at the drive thru for several minutes before anyone takes your order.
We waited at the order board for 10 min. No one said anything until I hollered in. Then she never appiligized for a wait or anything. Finally got to order and sat at the pay windows for another 15 min while the employees were talking and laughing not even acknowledging us waiting at the windows. Tots were cold. Chicken was hard. Worst experience ever.

Went through drive through and placed order . Pulled to the window and paid for my order , worker then stated they didn't have change . I advised it was my only bill I had . He then started cussing , went to another worker , came back to the window slamming stuff around , rudely gave me the change that was due . As he bagged my food which included a chili cheese coney , a super sonic burger, and groovy fries he continued slamming stuff around , got food home and the large fries were dumped in the bag , the coney was smashed to the point that it didn't have any uniformity, and the burger wasn't right and it as well was smashed . Not the first time I've had issues at this location . We typically spend upwards of 20 dollars per visit, it's looking like we're going to change locations if we eat sonic.

Absolutely disappointed, the grease must have been old and burnt bc not only did I order and get fries that were cold and old along with mozzarella sticks once but called up there and they said they would replace the fries and sticks since they were old but I drove back and got them a second time only to give up and throw them away bc they tasted burnt like the grease was old.
