If I could give 0 stars i would. Pulled up to a stall, pushed the button and waited 20 minutes and then left. No one ever came on the speaker and said anything. There were only 2 other cars there. Not 1 single word was spoken. Guess I will take my money somewhere else since the employees don't think you need it. Management better step up and fix the issue before this is the next business to leave Kingsport.

Every time I come to this location, it’s 10-15 minutes before they even take your order. How can a business be this consistently bad? This is squarely on the management/ownership to remedy.

Always a bunch of teens loitering and revving engines and disturbing the peace and walking between stalls and blocking them and sonic refuses to do anything about it

How on earth one makes fries taste THAT horrid, I don't even know. Normally, even substandard restaurants can handle not ruining fries. Yikes!

In five years we've been going to this Sonics has the order been so screwed up. Ordered three footling hotdogs got 2 and only one was fixed right. Ordered large sprite with blue Raspberry got plain sprite. Had to reorder got something not Blue Raspberry. Ordered 5 soft pretzels they were burnt. I understand being shorthanded but 15 minutes to order but it did slow down the orders for pickup. Fort Henry Sonics BYE!!!
Ordered a Dr Pepper add easy coconut and they added blue coconut syrup instead, got it remade and they added extra regular coconut to the point to where it’s not drinkable. What a joke.
