If you ever order fries or tots they are NEVER fresh. The fry was so hard and greasy you could tell it was hours old. I asked for fresh ones and the girl with a brown ponytail and glasses came and told me if I wanted to chew someone out to call and ask for her manager Miranda. I literally said "hey I'm sorry, these fries are hard. Can I get new ones?". The staff is always so rude and the food is never really good. I hadn't been there in weeks before today and I understand why now. Horrible customer service and old food for $$$$$. Not worth it.

The sonic here in Kingsport should shut down I know I shouldn’t complain bout free food but they would have charged us if the card readers wouldn’t have went down and if I would’ve been charged for that horrible food I would’ve been more upset than I am bout getting it for free the food was wrong they gave me a sandwich with ketchup and I especially told them when they asked me if I wanted it that I didn’t want ketchup at all I threw all the food in the garbage and we ate nothing instead it was old and they probably had a mess up order from earlier and just sent it out anyway I am sure they had a sandwich made the food is never hot and is always old they need to stop giving people cold old food it’s gross
