Just can't see spending over 7 dollars for crap

The coffee was very good. The Barrista was friendly, helpful, and made my drink as ordered. The atmosphere could have been better. I counted six tables of laptop users, no drink, no food, some had their feet on the extra chair. There wasn't an empty table or chair to sit and wait for my coffee. Good thing I wasn't planning on staying. It took 20 minutes to get a break in the drive through line so I could back out of my parking spot! It wasn't as though the cars that kept coming weren't aware that I was trying to get out. I drive a 3500 dually very loud diesel. Many inconsiderate drivers continued blocking me in and looking straight ahead in the drive through line which extended to the parking lot. Suggestion: perhaps park your vehicle and walk a few feet to go inside and order?

I do mobile app orders all the time now, as its just easier to grab and go and not have to wait in line or wait to order due to short staff or business. But I have recently experienced doing an mobile app order over 100$ while saying the store is open and they take my money but the minutei go to pick up my order they have a piece of on the door that says closed due to hot water heater issues. Here I am coming up on over a week of contacting customer service to receive my money back and nothing. I understand things happen but I find it ridiculous that the store itself can except the payments when closed but cannot refund, so I am having to deal with foreign customer service people who I am sure are a 3rd party who technically only have the capability of giving no more the 25$ back when it comes to refunds. There has got to be something done about how stores can do better ?.

Dietary restrictions: I love knowing they give you calorie intake on items and the staff helps with those looking for more low carb as well.

I went in here in the afternoon and the floor and most of the table tops were a mess. The bathroom fixtures are broken and barely usable. I thought, well, they probably had a very busy afternoon; I had never seen a Starbucks so filthy. Then, I went in the next morning. The tables had been wiped off but everything else was the same. I can’t imagine how long it’s been since that floor has seen a mop.

On 7/19/24 I waited a very long time in their drive thru just for some “no gender” employee to inform me at the speaker that they weren’t accepting debit or credit cards due to the microsoft outage. I said are you serious? Now I’m stuck in this drive thru and can’t get out for no reason? He/she/it responded “Yeah!!!! it’s because of the Microsoft outage!!!” very excitedly. No apology, no nothing. If y’all knew that you could only take cash then you should have put a sign at the front of the drive thru so people didn’t get stuck there waiting 30 plus minutes for no reason. You definitely don’t have a problem putting up signs listing all of the items you’re constantly out of.

Every time I've gone to this Starbucks, the service is consistently bad. Once, I got an iced coffee, it tasted really bad, like water. Second time I got a shaken espresso, it also tasted bad compared to the many I've gotten at other Starbucks locations. Third time, I got a strawberry acai refresher, it tasted like water.

The drinks here are just not up to par.

I love Starbucks and I have spent SO much money at this store in recent years, but I am so annoyed at the fact that I’m asked to give a tip every time I come here. Why am I being asked to help pay cashiers salaries when Starbucks is a $92 billion company??? I get so sick of hearing “It’s going to ask you a question” before I put my debit card in to pay. We should not be asked to tip someone just for standing at a window taking money. And how exactly are these “tips” being divided? Enough is enough.

Is it just me or since the reopen the cold brew and cold foam doesn’t taste as good? I stopped last night and got my normal venti salted caramel cold foam and cold brew and tossed the whole thing in the garbage once I got down the road. I’m hoping this was just a bad few weeks since this wasn’t the first bad drink I have had.

I'm a disabled veteran, and have had Starbucks in approximately 31 different states, along with multiple from a few hours from this location and in this city, and this is by far my favorite location. I've resorted to getting my drinks in johnson city, only when I'm going to dr appts, because the locations here are not good. The employees are welcoming, and most know me by my first name. I've rarely ever had a drink made incorrectly, and if it happens, the drink is made correctly right away. This will always be my goto location for my drinks
