The coffee was very good. The Barrista was friendly, helpful, and made my drink as ordered. The atmosphere could have been better. I counted six tables of laptop users, no drink, no food, some had their feet on the extra chair. There wasn't an empty table or chair to sit and wait for my coffee. Good thing I wasn't planning on staying. It took 20 minutes to get a break in the drive through line so I could back out of my parking spot! It wasn't as though the cars...
I do mobile app orders all the time now, as its just easier to grab and go and not have to wait in line or wait to order due to short staff or business. But I have recently experienced doing an mobile app order over 100$ while saying the store is open and they take my money but the minutei go to pick up my order they have a piece of on the door that says closed due to hot water heater issues. Here I am coming up on over a week of contacting customer service to receive my money...
