Cashiers are rude and have no personality. I was having a hard time deciding what to order and I mentioned that I didn’t know if the new lavender drink would be good. Both employees just stood there and stared at me and offered no recommendations or help. They’re working in the wrong field, need to find new jobs.

The past handful of times I’ve used this Starbucks has always left me irritated and coffee-less. Their customer service has always been TRASH so I’m not surprised that today isn’t any different. Most of the time lately they can’t do any hot drinks because something is broken. There were 6 people waiting for orders already placed and about 5 in line. There was zero signage that they couldn’t do hot drinks and not one employee cared to let anyone standing in line forever know that their time is being wasted if they want a hot drink. I will from now on being getting my coffee at the corporate store up the road before coming to target. Honestly with the amount of reviews I’ve read about this location I am not sure why their owner isn’t intervening. At this point it appears they flat out don’t care how their investment is doing. Someone just made a 1 star review 15 minutes before me if that tells you anything.

Went in to get the bogo coffee today. I drink a lot of Starbucks, favorite coffee place. The woman said I can only get a grande, I told her that wasn't the case, it says up to $10, free coffee for equal or lesser value. After that problem was solved, she tried 2 times to charge me the $16 for the 2 coffees. She finally got it right. Must of thought I wouldn't catch onto it. Then on top of that, the person making the coffee said, "when you order no ice we only fill it up to the fill line." I've never heard that in the 10 years of going to Starbucks. She was rude about fixing the problem and I really didn't appreciate the hateful attitude I recieved from this particular woman. I write a lot of good reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. I blame target for hiring these people as well. I've gone here a ridiculous amount of times, but will not ever go back. I will literally drive the 5 extra miles to go to the corporate Starbucks. If you want bad customer service, and want to be overcharged, this Starbucks is for you and good luck.

I stopped in this location to grab a few things before work and will now go out of my way to order at this location instead of a drive thru store. Amber was incredible, she was by herself & busy but treated every customer as if they were the only one there and my drink was exceptional!! She paced herself well and never got overwhelmed which is rare to see nowadays- especially with a line piling up. I definitely recommend this location! Thanks, Amber!

My little sister and I come to this Starbucks all the time and we refuse to go to one anywhere else! We're there so much, almost all of the baristas know our order by heart. They are always so sweet, I've NEVER gotten my order wrong here. I always look forward to coming here because of how friendly the staff is and how wonderful they have always been to us. I see them at MINIMUM 3 times a week and they always can make any bad day better.

Would prefer the opportunity to sit down in this Starbucks after shopping, but hopefully will be able to when everything with Covid settles down. Also, seems like the one batista was doing it all and could have used another batista to help. She did awesome though all by herself.
Very slow was 2 girls working. Bugs flying around and landing of stuff that was left open. Did not wash Containers after use just rinsed off with water. And workers wasn’t that friendly.

The girls work tonight we're that friendly employee you have at all the Kingsport stores. Even know milk got spilled they never stopped talking to my daughter and I. One of the girls use to work at the Starbucks in Ingles I'm so glad we found out where she went to because we missed her winning personality.
