If I could leave a review without a star I would the employees are down right rude and not family friendly waited forever just for someone to walk out the door didn’t even say welcome or noting mind you the lobby was empty. Food was not fresh at all ending up walking out
I visited this subway on our way out of town.
I asked for a footlong & when it came time for the meat/cheese, I asked for turkey and pepper jack. (key point: | haven't eaten ham in almost 8 years & it really messes with my stomach.) I got other toppings and checked out. When I got to the car, I began to eat the sandwich and thought the meat tasted a bit weird. I realized it was ham and had my husband taste it to make sure. He agreed.
When he went back in to ask if we could get the right sandwich, the workers argued that I asked for ham and that they'd confirmed that with me (which they did not) & that I should have noticed it wasn't turkey while they were making it. They ultimately made us pay for the second sandwich after being incredibly unkind to my husband & saying it was my fault. Just really disappointing considering we weren't angry to begin with.

We had 4 individual online orders (6 total sandwiches) scheduled for 12:30 pick-ups on Sat. 2/9/2025. The pick-up person in our group arrived at 12:35 but they had not even started our orders. Finally received our orders at 1:00. Absolutely no benefit to ordering in advance.

Very dedicated, hardworking, kind young man behind the counter today killing it despite working during a lunch rush alone with ovens not working. Wishing him nothing but the best!

Went to get a sub around 6:30. Only two types bread available. Most of the fixings looked old and limp, only one brand of cookies available. Also only one employee working taking in store and on line orders. Very disappointing.
Staff is not the least bit friendly or helpful. Equipment seems to be broken down a lot at peak hours. Feels as if you are a bother when you go in to order anything.
They are never open or when they are they are on last one hour . Subway needs to move out and let a company move in that wants to make the business

Clayton and Tiffany were a light when it was needed! After a rough week of storms, they seemed happy and delighted to serve a hungry customer. Clayton especially is a sandwich artist. I wish I’d taken a picture but it was too good and I finished too fast! The one knock if I had to be picky was the lettuce was pretty brown, but shoot, everyone had power outages and such, so I’m just thankful they were open when I needed it.
Thankful they battled through road closures to get to work, that’s commitment!

There were two guys working tonight. This is what I mean by extra sauce ❤️ sandwich was awesome . There was an older lady sort of being rude to a guy who seemed newer ?. But they were super nice and polite with her. Thanks guys!!

Came by 25 minutes until close, blonde girl looked aggravated when I walked in. Said the toaster was down and then said the computers were down so she couldn’t serve any more orders tonight. I said okay thank you have a good night and didn’t even get a response. Very rude girl, if you don’t want to work stay home.

Unfortunately, received unfriendly customer service. The lettuce was rusted. They refused to honor coupon. I will not be going back to this subway.
This is the worst subway! We just left this subway 5-11-24 at 1pm and the workers were so rude! I mean probably the worst customer service ever! The veggies looked absolutely gross and when we asked for new lettuce we were told that’s what we have so!! (She said it with an attitude) And on top of that both of the employees looked like they were on drugs! Subway needs to do better! I will never eat here again! I wish now I would have just walked out! Just go somewhere else! This subway use to be good but not now!

They have changed their menu, so it's more limited. They didn't have the wrap, so I had to do the flatbread for a low-cal choice. It's a new flatbread that can't be toasted! And, they only had 2 choices of regular bread.

Worst experience ever you go there to order something that's on their app and they tell you that they no longer have it they're advertising new wraps and the lady that was working should not be working at all because she didn't know what she was doing at all.... Just for us to get home to find out that one of the sandwiches is unedible because it is so hard and it's like a brick will never come back.... What a shame.....
