Subway

Went here Saturday night at 823pm (3/1) and went inside to order a couple subs. When I walked in, nobody was up front to take my order, one worker was on the phone in the back and looked at me a couple times but never came up to take my order or acknowledge that I was in the store. I waited for 5-6 minutes before I ended up leaving without making an order. I don’t ever leave negative comments at places but that was pitiful. I usually have great service there, so I’m not sure what happened tonight.

Food is good but the delay on drive-thru orders is ridiculous. They’re either understaffed or cannot figure out a way to work a front counter and a drive-thru window at the same time. These delays at the drive-thru are a regular occurrence - expect to sit for several minutes to put in your order.

Doesn’t take coupons, shouldn’t be allowed. Surely allowing coupons wouldn’t lose money on a sale. Not good business practice

This location only takes select coupons from the mailers. Only takes the ones they want to. Got the feeling they just didn't want to get up and do anything. Should have known being the only customer.

Today i was very disappointed. This subway does NOT participate in the Veterans Day offers. The female working was very rude saying, "We're NOT doing that!"
Will definitely be going to different location from now on.

Refused to use subway coupons eventho they were valid

I have tried to go multiple times out of convenience of distance ..the staff are always rude.. their hours are never as they say on the website or as they say on the door.. there service is the worst and they have always been out of multiple ingredients..always directing me to other subways... The tables haven't been clean and the drink machine on more then on occasion has been out of order..

The young lady complained the entire time it being short staffed. Little to no toppings. Went to use a coupon, told afterwards we don't accept any. I asked where that was posted, she explained health department told them to take it down because it wasn't laminated. I felt cheated. Would never recommend this location.

This subway just gives the least amount of toppings on a sub and it's so obvious. The only thing that makes subway worth the price is the coupons and now this is only subway I've been too that doesn't accept the coupons they send it the mail. It's pathetic.

Just letting EVERYONE know if you go to this location and try to use coupons that you get in the mail they WILL NOT take them!! Even though a couple of months ago this same location did. Food cost is astronomical now days so ever little bit helps....so ended up spending 47 bucks for 4 sandwichs...no drinks, no Chips, just sandwichs....what subway dosent take subway coupons?? Great owners!!!

The food wasn't worth the price I paid for the sandwich. It was made very poorly... I paid $10 and something for a sandwich that had close to no meat on it at all... Never been so disappointed in a subway sandwich in my whole life...My daughters sandwiches were the same way. I paid $25 for sandwiches what had very little meat at all in them.
