A pretty good restaurant. They got the best Sandwich is even though the meatball sub kind of taste of funky this time but it's always the best one to split with your family

Stopped in for a steak and cheese on flatbread. I was the only customer in the store and apparently I interupted because it took for ever to even be spoken to, and then when I did I was told they dont have flat bread anymore. Since when???? This is the most unprofessional subway in Kingsport imo. I wont be back! And the truth is they wont care.

Went into this location the young man that was working was making my sub wrong I told him that that wasn't right so he put the meat back put the correct meat on the sub and raw bacon I told him that he needed to cook the bacon before it was put on my sub he put some bacon in the oven then another person ask him how many pieces of bacon did you put on the sub he said 3 or 4 she said you only put 2 I told her to just leave it on there since it was already cooked and it had taken forever she just stared at me while reaching into my sub and took some bacon out and threw it into the trash. I told her I can't believe you just threw that in the trash and that she could keep the sandwich too. Extremely poor service!

Don’t go to this subway. They don’t take coupons. The first subway I have ever seen do that

Won't let you use coupons that you receive in the mail. Absolutely crazy!

They don't accept coupons

It was okay. The people were nice. The bread was stale. It has been stale the last few times we have ordered. A little disappointing.

No signs stating they don’t take Subway coupons. I found out while paying for my meal. Subway should require franchises to honor coupons or at the very least, post signage stating that they don’t. I won’t be back.

Don't honor coupons

Late night meal and affordable especially when everything else was closed. Staff was friendly and everything was clean.

This is probably one of the best Subways in the Kingsport area. They always have fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, etc and the WORKER, yes 1 worker running walk ins, and the drive-thru is very nice and always makes your sub almost perfect. She has had 10 people in the lobby and people in the drive thru and remains so calm and professional. Most people would be freaking out in that type of situation, but she keeps her cool and I promise makes the best Subs. If the people who own this store ever read this review or corporate ever reads this review, then you guys seriously need to get her some help and she would properly be able to do even better for the customers. She has dark hair is all I can say without giving out to much info on her. I believe she works nights because she is always there when I go around 7 or 8 when I get off work. You guys should really give her a bonus or something because she honestly keeps her cool and represents your company so well under so much stress.
