Walked in at 6:50pm on a Friday, doors were unlocked no one to be found. Waited for five minutes, still no one came in or to the front. Absolutely the worse subway in kingsport. The owner should not have a location. They don't care about their employees or costumers at all. Will never eat here again. Me and my family spend around $150 a month at subway. Not anymore.

Got my order from the app within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly. Store was clean. Sandwich came exactly as ordered and it's stuffed.

Ordered a Black Forest ham with Monterey cheddar cheese, add bacon, lettuce, pickles and extra mayo on a Hearty multi grain sub bread. Was very good. Loved the effort put into my sandwich. Will be back soon

I came to the store at 11am. And it’s closed. No explanation. Doors locked, and lights off. They are supposed to be open. Very inconvenient.

I get there and the dude tells me it's gonna be a while (assuming online orders) and I asked him how long and he said around 15 minutes. I understand subways around here typically just have one person at a time but you should tend to the people in store instead of doing 15 minutes worth of online orders. Seems like all the subways in the area just suck, dude sounded super burnt out

I am in this subway almost 7 days a weeks and everyone here is amazing! They are all very welcoming and very respectful! The food is amazing and everyone’s work ethos is amazing no one slacks off they constantly are working and providing their customers with the best possible service they can provide, even while dealing with agile and aggressive customers. They don’t have many staff but they have the best staff they can provide!

Hannah I think was her name is the most welcoming person you could ask for. She treats you when you first come to the door. She does work by herself a lot when I go in there but she gets the job done as fast as she can. She was having conversations with not only me but everyone else. Made me feel welcomed. I make sure to tip her Everytime I see her she's such a sweetheart. She made my sandwich and I could taste all the vegetables and meat it was delicious 10/10 recommend going to this subway. It's super clean well taken care of nice manger super nice. The line does get long but the food is amazing.

Kid-friendliness: Hannah and the manger even talked to the kids that came in very welcoming

I was there Friday nite. I stood in line with only 2 people in front of me for more than 35 minutes. They fixed call in orders and continued to ignore me. Finally they asked me what I wanted and I said how long I was waiting and the woman said it was call ins first and she was very rude about it. Apparently people waiting there wasn’t important. I will never go there again. This was the one at fort Henry where food city is. The tuna was skimpy and more bread than any value. I will let other friend know about this happening. This was the worst service I have ever encountered anywhere. I would give it no stars if I could.

Incompetent staff. Hannah is completely rude. Rolls her eyes and dismisses simple requests with a rude reply. Never have I seen such distain for one’s place of employment. Counter unclean. Couldn’t even eat my sandwich it was horrible. Will NEVER return to this location again. The franchise owner should be ashamed.

Completely rude staff I have went to this establishment on several occasions and I’m done going here Hannah is the most rudest of the staff here ! Bare minimum on sub when I asked for extra tomatoes she intern spent 5 min arguing with me and telling me how many she allowed to put in sub very unprofessional!!!! Save your self time and go some where else I see why yelp has a 1 star !

It's been a good 8 months since I ate Subway. I was not impressed at all. I showed up to get sub an hour in a half before they closed. The person working there did not seem pleased to have a customer walk in. While ordering, she was very short with answers. They only had three bread choices available. When I asked what they had left for meat and cheese selection, she told me very little of anything left. So, I ordered Turkey and Amaracan cheese. She didn't put much on, maybe a couple slices of each. Nothing like what Subway used to put on. From there veggie wise, the lettuce they had out was already browning, a portion of the green peppers that were cut up, were not ripe. When I was rang up for my order she didn't ask me if I was a Subway member, and before I could type in my phone number, she had already by passed it, which I found out she put in someone else's number. I get home and take a bite of my sandwich to find out that the tomatoes were no longer good, they were mushy. Along with the turkey tasting off as well. I highly don't recommend going to this location.

I went to this subway today on February 16th and it was only 2 young girls working and they had alot of pick up orders to make and had a line to the door. One girl Jess was trying to make customers happy and ring my order up right & the other girl working, can't remember her name but it started with a T. She was talking to Jess really bad in front of customers. And making Jess feel like she couldn't do her job. They don't need to do that in front of customers. Jess didn't rise her voice but the other girl did in front of customers.

Horribly understaffed, so a long wait. That lone employee was a trooper though. He kept working and our sammiches were good. It was warm inside and the smell of fresh baked bread is so good.
