Last night I had placed an order from this location. I used delivery and put the wrong address. My mistake. I called them to let them know how close the address matched up to the location I was out and it went to the wrong place. I enjoy Taco Bell taking their time out of the night to worry I rather got to eat or not. The male person there working he was extremely nice and professional. I don’t think anyone could have handled that situation better. And I’m very appreciative. It might just be Taco Bell. But to me that’s an outstanding move to become bigger and better in the company 10/20/2025 north Eastman road 11:25PM ordered never showed up due to my mistakes above. Very happy with staff. I called home office thy gave me a refund.

Went threw drive threw ... it was horrible had had previously had bad experience dealing with same manager... He is rude ,unprofessional, and I had spoke to Jeff about my previous encounter where I didnt save recipt ... jeff signed my next receipt and said when ready it would be made right to present his signed recipt ( jeff was a great and responsible mannager) tonight i dealt with a child ... tonight's manager hung up on me twice and kept said recipt said since it was from August it was no good.... I don't come to eastman because some nights the leadership is great others it is like this.... as a business owner this hurts me to the core this guy needs woke up... look at my stats i don't leave bad reviews... this guy got the take ... contact me corporate

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Live close and every single time I go there they mess up the order. Doesn’t matter if it’s 2 items or 10. Customer service is horrible. Lady didn’t say a word and then shut window in my face. I ask for no lettuce on my taco and 9 times out of ten it comes out like this.

This location has had a recent remodel where they purposely hid the one remaining cash register at the counter, and installed four self serve kiosks. Two of which were out of service. At lunch time, people were backed up trying to figure out how to use the remaining kiosks that were actually working, and some older people simply refused to use them. I used one but was confused when I ordered a box meal that included a drink, but it added an extra cost after selecting a small soft drink as my choice. After I completed the order, it took another fifteen minutes for them to make it. If I hadn't already paid, I would have just left and went to one of the authentic, local Mexican restaurants where I could have gotten table service, my food would have come quicker, been more flavorful and would have cost about the same or maybe even less. This will be my last visit to this Taco Bell location unless I hear that they have replaced the kiosks with cashiers, and improved their food prep times.

I just went through there just a few minutes ago and the cashier didn’t speak to me. Didn’t look at me and just hand me a food didn’t even say thank you the rudest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
I placed my order for dine in at the kiosk and was waiting to pay cash. I stood there along with another gentleman waiting to pay cash for a good 15 minutes. Not once did anyone try and take our money for orders. This is pitiful and terrible customer service.

So for this taco bell to give you the hardest chicken strip that you cant even bite into then get mad when asked to make another because then they had to make fresh chicken to make mine again then they said well this is chicken strips I told them it was hard to bite into and my taco bell makes them and they are not like that. No apologies.
