I placed my order for dine in at the kiosk and was waiting to pay cash. I stood there along with another gentleman waiting to pay cash for a good 15 minutes. Not once did anyone try and take our money for orders. This is pitiful and terrible customer service.

So for this taco bell to give you the hardest chicken strip that you cant even bite into then get mad when asked to make another because then they had to make fresh chicken to make mine again then they said well this is chicken strips I told them it was hard to bite into and my taco bell makes them and they are not like that. No apologies.

Service sometimes but not always, is a bit slow. They for the most part try to help you as quickly as possible, unless they're just slammed! And then it's No telling?!! And they do get slammed, very busy, in and out quite often!! Food is almost Always good but occasionally, sometimes, the excessive business leads to food preparers, employees, just getting it done and as fast as possible!! Unfortunately, this sometimes leads to food quality being not great!! This isn't a common occurrence so 9 out of 10 times, it'll be good to great!!

I go to this location all the time for lunch, and typically use the drive-thru, however I decided to go inside to order instead. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!! I waited for 10 minutes for my order before a very kind guy asked me my name foe the order to check on it and gave me a status. KUDOS TO THIS GUY!!! As far as the person who gave me my food, he literally dropped the bag from mid-air like he wanted to throw it at me. He asked me if I ordered a drink and I said yes, and it seemed like a real inconvenience to get me the bottle water that I ordered, and pushed it into my hand. Being the nice person I am, I still told him have a good day, and he responded very rudely. The only reason I gave this 2-stars was because the one guy that was kind to me. This visit has seriously made me consider not going back to this location.

It was what one would think of when ordering Taco Bell. Overall, it did what I expected. Filled me up enough that I didn't want to eat. But I still felt a little hungry.

They have messed up my order every single time I have ordered since I moved here last June. I love Taco Bell and have eaten at locations in multiple states. However, this one is the absolute worst! They leave out sauces every single time even after I asked twice. They always leave out chips and cheese dip when I order it for my daughter. They don’t make things to recipes ever. They should lose their franchise license. Definitely not a good representation the brand well.

Self checkout in a fast food establishment is bullshit. Why don't I just make my own food also? Just close down if you are too lazy to do your simple job.
Always forgets my stuff, and when I went down to show themy receipt for the 3 things missing one thing being the cheese for my chips other a Doritos taco and last was my own burrito she tells me there is nothing they can do I asked for replacement and was told that I would have to call back or come down when sa manager is there which tells me they have incompetent managers that leave employees who can't make the decision of replacing less than 6 dollars of food the only good aspect of this place is its dragon paradise tea
