This is a really good location for this type of franchise. Every time we come here the food is consistently good! If you live in the area and are tired of stale taco shells, go here at least it’s fresh and hot!

Just okay. Employee seemed pained to have customer interactions. Ugly burritos. Reasonably clean.

My food was great 100% no complaints. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because I was ignored by several employees when I wanted to place an order. I just used the kiosk instead
Why do order ahead via the app if you need to wait when you arrive? I ordered and arrived 10 mins later but had to wait 5-10 mins after I arrived to get my order. I was told that my order was sent to the drive-thru side, and that it was a smaller order. I guess coming in and ordering for 2 means you go to the end.
The young lady who gave me my order apologized when I asked if I did something wrong and told me the “reasons” it took so long.
The app needs to let you pick a time for pickup so that the order is ready. To have someone arrive and get their food as fast as ordering at the location makes no sense.

Been going here frequently for years but they recently started preparing mobile orders as they come in instead of when you get there. So 3 times in a row my food has been ice cold. It's bad enough the prices are insane, but now you get cold food. Will be waiting to place my order until I get to the parking lot from now on.
