My food was great 100% no complaints. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because I was ignored by several employees when I wanted to place an order. I just used the kiosk instead
Been going here frequently for years but they recently started preparing mobile orders as they come in instead of when you get there. So 3 times in a row my food has been ice cold. It's bad enough the prices are insane, but now you get cold food. Will be waiting to place my order until I get to the parking lot from now on.
We visit this location every year after the Bristol Night Race. This visit was 5 star. Food was good, service good. There was a wait to order but to be expected with the volume of customers that were there. Food came out fast after ordering.
