The cook needs a 2 hour break and then don’t show back up on time to prepare ordered food! This place use to be the go to now the food has become high cost low quality food! They can’t keep employees! My opinion this place is on its way to shutting its doors! Well good news for Wasabi’s is they are getting most of this places customers now lol which right next door folks don’t waste your time here to wait 45 minutes on your food and if you come here don’t come between the hours of 3 and 5! Have tried calling several times for pick up either didn’t answer or wasn’t taking orders. Then tried going in to sit down at 8:10 and they said they was no longer accepting orders they was closing early. This was a Saturday night and not suppose to close till 9:30 very rude and unprofessional.

The restuarant closes at 9:30 on friday and saturday. Kept calling to place order from 8:30 until i decided to just show up around 9:10, thinking they were busy. They weren't, I got there and the disgustingly obese smelly slob at the counter was on his phone, and customers were finishing up eating at tables. I told him i'd like to place an order and he said they're closing early due to one of their cooks being off...I told them they could have at least answered the phone so I knew not to drive all the way down there during their POSTED (online and in person) hours. Was very rude. had the food before, its cheap but mediocre...there's definitely better. screw these rude workers and don't give tamiko your business

Went thru the drive thru at 7pm to look at a menu they close at 9pm. asked if it’s better to order thru the drive thru or call it in , they advised to cal it in . 7:45 called in and they said they wasn’t taking anymore orders because they wanted to get and early start in cleaning . My family was in from New York and Hilton so they lost out on 11 orders and a great deal in tip money. For the fact we was told to do something then they refused to do what they instructed us to do shows they are unprofessional. we would have ordered in the drive thru when we pulled up the first time Instructed not to which means they were just trying to get out of making food altogether I’ll never eat at this place again they apparently are on drugs because they don’t wanna do work

Where do I start... well, I guess most everything was connected to the server. Slow, didn’t listen to our order, didn’t bother bringing salads until we ask why we hadn’t gotten them. The food probably wouldn’t have been as bad if he had put in our order correctly. But the food was super bland. Don’t come here.... just go to Wasabi’s right next store.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken which unfortunately was overcooked. They were kind enough to waive the cost. My colleague said his meal was fine.
