Our waitress was excellent!! Very friendly and helpful. My salad did not arrive as requested, so she took it back and brought me a new one immediately! Our food was all cooked to perfection!! P.S. The cheesecake is great!!

I know it's a chain, but this one felt very local, was full on a Wednesday night, and clearly attracts repeat customers! The chef's special of beef medallions with a mushroom red wine sauce and bearnaise was terrific. The service was very good on a busy night as well!

We ate dinner after a Tennessee football game., a party of 6. We sat at a table in the bar, which is our preference. We ordered drinks and an appetizer before dinner and everything arrived quickly. The drinks were cold and appetizer (onion rings) were hot and tasty. Sabrina was our waitress and she did a great job. She was super efficient and professional. The bar area was full but adequately staffed.

Great dinner at the Chop House last night. Impeccable, friendly service with Brittany and such delicious food! Our steaks were just right, and the appetizers were soooo good: jumbo shrimp cocktail and maple bacon deviled eggs - will definitely order again.

We arrived a little early and they had our table ready for us immediately. Was a little disappointed that I had put anniversary on my reservation and there was no mention about it to us. Overall everything was good.

This has been a "go to, special occasion" restaurant for me, my family and friends, for decades. Food was mostly great; the chicken picatta on mashed potatoes was everything I could have hoped. My blue cheese chopped salad, not so much; it seemed a little sad, as though it had to sit alone for a while, and I could not discern blue cheese, which is usually pretty upfront. Cocktail was fine; I'm told that the French fries were stellar. Service was unimpressive, with a few glitches I discussed with manager, so let's just say it was not great for late afternoon/early evening. They apparently don't pay a lot of attention to Opentable, because they missed both the birthday, and the request to sit in the bar area. We'll go back again and again, because it's worth it to us, but if you're just starting to develop a tradition, maybe this isn't the place...
This was an excellent experience. I thought it was going to be like an Outback, but it's WAY better than that. All of the food was great, and the service was flawless. We had appetizers, dinners, and homemade ice cream for dessert, and it was all delicious! Pleasantly surprised here, will definitely go back.

Chop House was recommended by a local to Kingsport and it was strangely very good. Ms. Sarah, our waitress, was always smiling and very informative about the menu. She made recommendations and my wife had one of the suggestions (Medallion steak). I had the prime rib which was the best I have had in my 56 years. Our anniversary was made special by Ms. Sarah and we thank her so much for being there. We watched other servers and they were very pleasant with every other customer around us. Great job Chop House for having employees that we saw last night and having great food. We will ne back with friends in tow.

Food arrived almost immediately after salad arrived. Felt like we were in a fast food restaurant. Celebrating anniversary and we were in and out in 45 minutes. Ordered steaks which were good but not great. Baked potato was extremely small. Too rushed

I just wanted to brag about this place! We had a large party of 17 people that I made a reservation for on Saturday August 9th. They accommodated us in every way. They were packed full but my table was ready at 6pm on the dot. The waiter we had was phenomenal. He was quick to serve us, and stayed on top of our every need. This was my first time eating here and it was the best food I have ever had. I got a sirloin steak with a side of shrimp and it was absolutely delicious. I will 100% be coming back here for all my special occasions!!
