My son and his new wife rented the second floor for their wedding reception. The staff and their service were great!
I cannot say enough good things about the Reserve. Not only is the staff wonderful- but they are so attentive & kind! They also have a beautiful event space upstairs that is amazing for any event!! We had our wedding reception there & they were such outstanding hosts. Also- BEST ESPRESSO MARTINI in town ? we love The Reserve!!

What a place there in downtown Kingsport! Had an excellent filet and our server ‘Z’ was top class and delivered great service. They had a great Johnny Cash cover in the lineup. Just a neat and clearly fun place to hang and have events. Owners are wonderful!

Perfection! Everyone was so friendly- especially our waiter, Z! Great cocktail selection and wine selection. Most of our group ordered the filet and it was cooked perfectly. The owners were present and readily available with relentless customer service. Thank you so much for a great outing for our friend group- great memories were had here and we can not wait to return!
