Shirley was the perfect host—knowledgeable, engaging, and so good at breaking down each cocktail recipe in a way that made us feel like pros. We learned how to make four delicious cocktails, each with its own twist, and got hands-on with mixing, shaking, and garnishing.
Whether you’re a cocktail newbie or a seasoned sipper, this class is a must. Shirley’s energy and expertise made the whole experience unforgettable.

Last time I came with my Cousin Jared. I’m sorry my bad I gave you tooooo low of a score on my stake. I rate the fillet….10/10 the best I have ever had. Super! Fantastic! Phenomenally! Amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about the Reserve. Not only is the staff wonderful- but they are so attentive & kind! They also have a beautiful event space upstairs that is amazing for any event!! We had our wedding reception there & they were such outstanding hosts. Also- BEST ESPRESSO MARTINI in town ? we love The Reserve!!

What a place there in downtown Kingsport! Had an excellent filet and our server ‘Z’ was top class and delivered great service. They had a great Johnny Cash cover in the lineup. Just a neat and clearly fun place to hang and have events. Owners are wonderful!

The owners were present and readily available with relentless customer service. Thank you so much for a great outing for our friend group- great memories were had here and we can not wait to return!
