I have been in with friends many times and we always sit at the bar. I am not sure who Stephanie is or why other reviewers are asking for her because the bartenders that have served us have been Alaina, Betsy (not there anymore) and now Shirley. Hope I spelled those correctly. ALWAYS attentive, professional and fun. I do know that their cocktails are a little more complicated than a shot and a beer. Those craft cocktails need a little more time to make and they are fantastic. I think people need to relax a little and be patient.

We love this place. It's always a good time. Went last Friday to watch the mechanical bull riding and had delicious cocktails mixed up by Shirley & Alaina. Also the chicken sliders were SO good. The service is great, the food is good. I highly recommend!

Great little place I got to see the Dueling pianos they were awesome. The little brunch food snacks was really really great how to type of sandwich that had estranged cheese with bacon Jam sandwich and some jalapeno crisp chips. However the liquor drinks are a little bit more expensive. Great little venue.

Shirley was the perfect hostâknowledgeable, engaging, and so good at breaking down each cocktail recipe in a way that made us feel like pros. We learned how to make four delicious cocktails, each with its own twist, and got hands-on with mixing, shaking, and garnishing.

We used to come here a lot when I lived in Kingsport last year and enjoyed doing so with my girlfriends and we always had a fantastic time, but something is off with it now and the place seems to have changed from What it used to be. Disappointed.
Our server appeared to be intoxicated and our service was lackluster and slow. I wanted to bring this to managements attention while we were there but didnât want to cause any commotion. Our food did not taste fresh and for the prices listed on the menu, fresh would be nice. I will however give it two stars because the bartender was super sweet and friendly when I had a question for her and she wasnât even my server âŚshouldâve sat at the bar. Entertainment was good.

Finally a classy longe you donât have to be ashamed to go in. First and foremost the no smoking is a big plus for most everyone who likes to have an enjoyable evening out. A place you can go and take out of town guest where they have a staff that is professional and has lots of class. Alaina is a very nice friendly bar tender who exhibits kindness as well as being very attentive and respectful. Iâve had the filet mignon which is in my opinion the best you can get around here and priced reasonable. Thank you for bringing this fine establishment to the greater Kingsport area.

We visited this lounge twice. The first time, service was very slow and the interior felt disorganized. On our second visit, it was busier, and the bartenders overall were not welcoming and very rude, with one in particular giving us nasty looks. We wonât be returning nor will we recommend it.
