In the past I preferred WS over BWW who are literally just across the street from each other. However, recently WS portions have been ridiculous. I get there’s been some short of wing shortage but if your wings are small and you know it, at least give the customer a larger quantity to make up for it. I recently ordered 25 wings. 10 Louisiana Rub, 10 Garlic and Parmesan and 5 Original Hot. Here are my 5 Original Hot. Half the size of a McDonalds Chicken nugget.

This was our first time eating at a Wingstop and it was great! Probably the best wings I’ve ever had and the service was impeccable! We live in Johnson City and will definitely make the drive back to Kingsport to get great wings!

This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Not only did they mess up my order 2 but when I called to advise them of the 2nd mistake the "shift lead" was extremely rude and mocked me during the whole call. And he prepared the 2nd order!! I will never don't at another Wing stop again. I was very disappointed.

The only thing I don't like is having to order at the counter. The menu is somewhat confusing. The restaurant is clean. The staff is helpful. The wings are out of this world good!!! We usually order the lemon pepper & the dry rub & get all veggies rather than fries. The wings are crispy & have amazing flavor. The veggies are always fresh. If there was a location in Bristol, I'd be there a couple times a week! I can't say enough about the consistently scrumptious wings!!! This is definitely a great place that I dine in every chance I get!

My new favorite wing stop! Get it? Had the atomic and they are just awesome! Good heat and actually has a good flavor, not like some other super hot wings in the area. Prices are better than most too! Also tried the Cajun which I love. I have tried all the wing places in the area and this is the one for me and the family. Fast service and the food is great!

Had a craving for wings while visiting my hometown and there are not many options in Kingsport. Chose to go to WingStop because it is a national chain and I thought there may be some consistency. I assumed wrong. The only good part was ordering and this is because I used the app for a mobile order. From there it went down hill. The greeting from the staff when arriving was not the warmest. The entire time I was there the manager was talking to the fry cook about how this location could be better and more efficient. That whoever ran it before didn't do it right. Not something customers need to be hearing. Now about the food. We ordered the 30 wing family meal. We chose Original Hot, Lemon Pepper and Hawaiian. The Original Hot had very little sauce and even less flavor. There was no heat to this flavor at all. The Lemon Pepper are a dry seasoning, but there was hardly any seasoning. These were basically plain wings and very disappointing. My children did enjoy the Hawaiian. These seemed to be very well sauced but having not eaten these ones personally I cannot give an accurate review. Wings and fries were could have been left in the fryer for another minute or two. Just a very bland, soggy meal in general. I would highly recommend trying to find wings somewhere else in Kingsport. This restaurant is not worth the time or money. From price to presentation to eating experience, it is all a disappointment.

Went to Wingstop last night. Got 15 wings and some Cajun Corn to go. Great, positive counter help. Fast order completion. Good price. However, the wings are rather tiny and unbreaded, the Cajun corn was hot as Hell and the Mango Habanera sauce was atomic. Probably won't go back. The best wings in town are from Beef O'Brady's.They deserve to succeed. Just not n my dime.
As I stated several years ago I rated this place with 5 stars. I can no longer say that now. Under new management, I have found the friendly staff is no more. Also, the food has went down hill too. I have gone to Wingstop many times but on several visits I have ask them to reduce the salt added to the fries. They have become unbearable to eat. I can no longer recommend this place to the public.

I've have a few bad experiences with this location. Employees and incredible rude, along with management.. I waited 30 minutes for my food because everyone was gathered behind the counter chatting and when the food finally arrived it was sloppy and half done. Not worth the money or the time.

I ordered the special for my grandson. He had the Hickory smoke and the Hawaiian flavored Grandson loved them both. I tried the Hawaiian and liked it very much. Not sure why this place does not get more business. It was great. The cashier was friendly and courteous. Will eat here again.
