This is undoubtedly the nicest Wendy's we've been to in a long time. The inside was spotless, the employees were all courteous, friendly, and efficient. The good was great. We'll add this to our list of places to stop.

I don’t really review chains, but this Wendy’s is the best one I’ve eaten at in 5-10 years. Bathroom and dining room were clean, employees were nice, food was order was correct and fresh. If we drive through this area again we’ll make sure to stop here.

What a terrible Experience to say the least food was garbage staff that waited on me wasn’t very friendly. Don’t have to worry about me spending my money back at Wendy’s at least not there right off the interstate 81

Definitely going downhill. $6 for a single? Fries used to be the best. Not anymore. $4 for a medium frosty that is smaller than a small used to be? $16 for 2 burgers, fries, and a tiny Frosty. You can get a full, all you can eat dinner at Golden Corral for less

Asked for one cup of sauce at the second window and was told “it needs to be paid for”. Then we waited over 5 minutes for uncooked fries. This place is a joke

They had no baked potatoes for at least 30 min., during peak hours. The food is decent, but, don't ask for any special change or modifications to your order.
On April 26, 2025, at 12:36 PM, I stopped at the drive-thru (Order Number 3059) while heading home to Virginia from the National Corvette Bash. Host Katelynn and Cashier Joshua assisted me, and the experience could not have been better. Both were exceptionally friendly and responsive, and the food was served hot and fresh. It was truly a standout visit — thanks to Katelynn and Joshua for making it such a positive stop! v/r, Dr. Ken King
