We had bagels, they are made in house and delicious! The staff is friendly and everything was clean. We are from out of town and will certainly be back the next time we are in Kingsport!

This was our first time at Wheeler's Bagels. The owner took our order. He explained that all their goods were made from scratch and let us sample the cream cheese. Great personality and loved the vibe. I think I found my new favorite bagel shop

They never have the bagels you want!! I went there on a Monday, they were out, said they would have more the next day. Went back the next day, and they still didn’t have what we wanted!! The one in Johnson City ALWAYS has all the bagels!!
This is happened multiple times not just a 1 time thing!! I do NOT recommend!

I love coming here. Staff is always accommodating. If you haven't tried their muffins toasted with butter, you should ??

Thoroughly unimpressive. Had the Turkey Sandwich on an "Asiago" bagel. Asked for mustard and mayo on the sandwich, but instead they just gave me condiment packets (I guess it's too much trouble to put in on the sandwich). Asked for no tomato, but they gave it to me with tomato so I had to pick it off. The Asiago bagel had no cheese flavor at all--tasted exactly like a plain bagel--just yellowish colored, and was quite small. The overall sandwich was pretty small. Maybe 1/4" to 1/3" of plain, bland turkey, on a bland bagel--for $11.99. We won't be back. If you want a great bagel sandwich, I recommend the Bagel Exchange, and they're cheaper.

I wonder if the business is under new management, given that all the great reviews are a year or more old.

Hash browns I received today. Not cooked. Not good.$21 for a bagel sandwich. A small chai tea and whatever those hash browns were. The vanilla chai tea was excellent. But overall not worth $21 +$2 tip.
