The bagels are much smaller than they use to be and the cinnamon crunch one I got the other day isn't like they use to be there wasn't much crunch at all just cinnamon

Nice, convenient location but food leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese bagel sandwich. Eggs and bacon seemed to be a frozen patty, with chopped bacon mixed with eggs. Bagels were not very fresh or good. Drink machine was not properly working (no carbonation). A very disappointing visit. Pleasant dining area but not enough to make up for poor food

Being an out of towner, I wanted to try a good local bagel spot. I walk in the front door, and am immediately greeted with a “welcome” and smile by Dominik. I was planning on grabbing a bagel and coffee to go, but decided to stay and eat in simply because Dominik’s vibe was so positive. He helped me decided on the Veggie Lovers bagel which turned out to be delicious, and made me a 5/5 cappuccino.

First time customer! Stopped in after searching for lunch nearby in my phone. This place is absolutely amazing. From the customer service to the quality of food. I highly recommend. Once the guy (not sure of his name) found out I was a new customer, he gave me the new customer rundown. He explained their menu from top to bottom and before I left he told me he place some fresh cookies in my bag for giving them a try. I will definitely be back to try something else off their menu. I had the bacon egg and cheese on Asiago bagel. ?Yum!

Seriously one of the BEST places in Kingsport. The friendliness and knowledge of the food and its ingredients on top of rhe fact the cleanliness of this restaurant as a whole. Everything we purchased, and gor to sample was delicious! We will definitely be back regularly. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered a "hot black coffee with a little bit of almond milk." I got out to the car and tried it, it was COLD, the color was almost white, and tasted like the styrofoam. I paid $6 for it, so disappointed.

The service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside :) We got the java chip frappe and the iced americano. We also got a white chocolate raspberry muffin that was from a family homemade recipe batter filled with the same of a raspberry pie filling. amazing, all natural ingredients, and great hospitality. --grandmas recipe choc chip cookies also made for a win.
