i hate being that person that gives a lower review because i do genuinely love getting wingstop but tonight was kinda just awful, which sucks because it’s getting increasingly common each time i go to eat here. no way to tell what wings are what, flavors are all over each other because apparently it’s hard to separate flavors, fries were something i would’ve expected from mcdonald’s of all places which sucks because the fries are my favorite part! im just disappointed and upset with how this went honestly, please in the future try to efficiently and effectively to separate different wings :( i love wingstop please do better and fix this

We only ordered like 5 combos and yet somehow mine is always the one that gets forgotten lol my coworker told me that when he went to pick our food up that all the workers were too busy hanging out and talking to a group of customers who seemed to be their friends. Did not witness this but was not happy about my measly 8 wings being forgotten. Shit happens I guess.

This is the most embarrassing excuse for a restaurant that I have seen. Waited for over an hour for my food just to be told that they have no ranch. It is unacceptable that a place that has 4 menu items can’t make them for more than 3 customers at a time. I will not be coming back this is the worst food experience that I’ve had.
