Been here many times over the past year or so and it’s always the same… they almost always mess something up and there’s only ever one guy that’s super friendly. Everyone else is pretty cold. No you’re welcome when you say thank you. No apology for screwing up the order. The work ethic everywhere has plummeted and this place is no different. Sad because the food is good when they get it right.

Ordered at the new place in Bristol Va and got our food home. The garlic parmesan wings were plane wings with a dusting of parmesan cheese.Of the other 2 flavors we got, they were the exact same. No difference whatsoever. This cost us $45.00, my first and last trip. So disappointed.

I got ranch and this is what I received it had hard chunks in it not sure what it is. I also received very little fries as well which I done ate with no seasoning on them.

Walked into the establishment. They have an offer for some wings and fingers like oh I'm sorry it's not available. I was like what's right here. I ain't supposed to right here and I was like is there anyway I can speak to your leadership? He goes back to the back young lady's on her personal cell phone. I know it's personal cuz it's got a blue case on it. He and her exchange words? Or what have you? They both laugh and he comes back and says she apologizes. There's nothing we can do. That is what you call. Amazing leadership! You guys deserve the star award for sure. So disappointing these days to go someplace and have a meal and the people that work there really don't care about their jobs. Worst experience I've had in the Tri-Cities in a long time Wingstop for the sake of your brand, please do better

Wrong order was delivered to our house. When we called about it the 2 so called managers were both rude and unprofessional. Calling me bro and man on the phone. Then hung up on me while trying to resolve the problem. We will never step foot in this store ever again. Save your money and aggravation and go somewhere else!

The management here is a joke. Waited over 40 minutes for an order placed inside for carry out. We were the first ones in and the last ones to get out. The manager just walked around bossing everyone around, wouldn’t even take an order his self. Just yelled for the young girls in the back working. The food is so good. But it’s really not worth the hassle

Food is good but probably best to order ahead unless you have some time to kill because it typically takes around 30mins to get your order here. It's definitely not fast food but it's worth the wait the fries are amazing. We dont do spicy foods so we stick to the plain or not spicy options. If you like spicy wings you will probably like the wings here. They stay open later than most places in kingsport so that's an added bonus considering I'm a night person. I do recommend this place but not if you are short on time.

At one point this was the absolute best place to get wings. Sadly, the last few times I've been here it's been disappointing. The wings barely have sauce on them anymore and the size has went down considerably. Sucks because this place was king at one time
