My favorite place to eat chicken wings. This visit, I opted to try the chicken sandwich and I had the hot honey dry rub and I was not disappointed. Their hand cut fries are the best around.

This is the most embarrassing excuse for a restaurant that I have seen. Waited for over an hour for my food just to be told that they have no ranch. It is unacceptable that a place that has 4 menu items can’t make them for more than 3 customers at a time. I will not be coming back this is the worst food experience that I’ve had.

I quite literally cannot make this up.

I ordered a delivery order through the Wingstop app last night Dec 4. The app originally said I was get my order in about 30 mins, well that turned into an hour. I get a text message saying my order was handed to me. I walk outside and there’s no Wingstop bag anywhere. I walk to the parking lot, no one is there. I call the number that was provided and no one answered. So I eventually call the store.

The woman who answered the phone just so happened to be the delivery driver. I explained the situation and her response was, “I definitely just delivered it because the gentleman that answered the door confirmed the order.”….well, there was no man in my apartment. She obviously just didn’t pay attention to her job and to the address on the order, and delivered it to the wrong apartment. I told her this and she responded with, “hahaha ohh.” Nothing was funny about the situation so why did she think it was appropriate/professional to laugh?

I spoke to the manager who told me I would get a refund. I went in tonight, Dec. 5 to see if he had actually gone through with the refund. Well, apparently before they actually proceed with the refund, the higher manager needs to approve it? So I just told them to remake my order instead of waiting longer and longer for the higher manager to look through the “refund book”.

They take about 10 mins to remake my order so I drive home. I open the box to my fries, only to find, not ONE, but MULTIPLE hairs in my food. And I honestly couldn’t tell you if it was a woman’s hair or a man’s hair because the men working has long hair as well. No one was wearing a hair or beard net.

I’m not very pleased about the entire experience, to say the least.

Do better. This is above and beyond ridiculous.

Trash! The food is trash.. I told Mia they messed up ans they expect you to go back and show them that you're not lying..she hung-up on me because she didn't want to hear me complain about rubber chicken wings, under cooked, and un-seasoned fries.. Austin admitted to the fryers running cold and not working correctly. No standards in this company. Calling corporate office. Ashley will have a hand full to deal with this coming week.

First off, usually I don’t leave bad reviews. But warning, if you do order pick up make sure you get what you ordered. I ordered pickup after a long shift and not only was my food cold, but I paid extra for two things of ranch and did not even receive one. He also forgot to give me my drink when I picked up, which I didnt care about at the moment because everyone makes mistakes, but he seemed to have an attitude after I asked and didn’t want to give me one. The Johnson city location is definitely better than this one, they never mess up their orders and every time I’ve went not only are they super upbeat and nice but they go above and beyond!

Feathers was on my chicken talking too me pulled off the feathers it was just as long as the lil chicken drum. And frostbite on chicken fries was disappointing aye wingstop I want to get you for false advertisement on your commercial ALL LIES I will not waste my 16.42$ period first time and last time going should be ashamed of yourselves sauce tasted like beets off jail tray I wouldn't recommend this restaurant not even 2 the people that despises me

I ordered a 8 piece all flats well done extra crispy honey hot wings. I sat down and started eating my wings and realized that they were not extra crispy. I spoke with management and she agreed to redrop my wings. I was shocked because i had eaten one of the wings and droping my wings that i had eaten off of in the same gease that you cook other people food is unsanitary. I will not be going back✌?

Had to wait over an hour for a carry out order despite them having zero customers. Two employees were sitting at a table chatting and the others were cleaning trying to get ready for closing in two hours. After we got home which is a 3 minute drive, the food was all cold and had been sitting for a while plus they left all of the sauces out of the order.

Placed a $107 order through Door Dash. Received 20 tenders from a 30 tender order, they forgot the fries, the corn, the veg and all of the dips. Door Dash offered a $30 credit, not nearly enough for everything that was forgotten. Called the store 4 times to articulate my disdain, no answer. Epic fail, totally not satisfied, never again.
