Speed and courtesy of service was excellent. I enjoyed the fact that the tots with my number 2 combo were crisp, hot and lightly salted. The burger however was cool to the touch and overcooked by a longshot. I'm guessing it was sitting on the grill awhile before being nicely dressed and served.

Food is always good. We placed the order through the app and it was nearly 25 minutes for drinks, an ice cream, and grilled cheese. Very surprising. Sonic is typically 5-8 minutes max and they were busy.

Our food was COLD when we got it! My husband ordered our food to go and decided to eat his onion rings on the way home. He reached on the bag to find COLD onion rings semi warm cheese sticks and our burgers had to be put in the microwave when he got home with them. $30 worth of food The only thing they got right was the milk shake. Won't be returning to this Sonic
