Was told when ordering the two pizzas it would be 10 minutes. I waited that long at the counter watching employees walk around without even acknowledging I was there. Been waiting 45 minutes for a 10 minute order and all I got was “sorry”. This place is trash

Well, well , well ! Hmm, I had an appointment at my doctor's in Kingston. I thought, let me try Kingston store to place a to-go order, AND their app works ! Go figure! They could also take orders in store, unlike Rockwood Dominos Store ! Corporate Domino's is NOT honoring the coupons, but they are advertising! I know that you can't use coupons in stores, but supposedly not to be able to take any orders , nah! Hooray for the super nice manager 👏 at Kingston location ! Very welcoming, let me know that my pizza was cooked well done also the pizza was Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

This is the worst location by far. Extremely rude. Extremely unhygienic. Not to mention the fact that I got a notification saying my order was ready. I went inside to pick it up and was that my order was still cooking. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. While I was waiting, I watched a pizza come off the conveyor and fall into the floor while the employees sat around talking. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in or anything. They weren’t wearing hairnets or beard nets. They all looked like they needed to take a shower as well. I’m not trying to be rude in any way but that was simply ridiculous.

My favorite dominos store they are nice kind and fast as well as good at their jobs. Delivery is fast and on time and pickup is cheaper and fast as well.

Wait for close to an hour before they even started the ONLINE ORDER placed. Couldn't get any employees to help or answer questions until one delivery driver was caught by the customers all inside waiting.
