I ordered curbside service. The large adult meals which we bought for the children appeared freshly made with hot fries. The two happy meals bought for older adults were cold. The fries appeared an hour old. The drink to one meal was not served. This store had subpar service, specially for the cost of the food provided.

Wasn’t a big deal til they made it that way. If they don’t offer you chicken strips in the drive thru then they are free. And of course they didn’t, so like anybody else we mentioned it and they completely ignored it. I guess so they wouldn’t get in trouble. Then we went inside to ask about it and the manager was rude and announced to the whole store we were there to get free chicken strips. Will not be returning. It was the principal, and the unprofessionalism.

We pulled off the interstate for a quick meal, we ordered and was asked to pull to the waiting area. When the food was brought to the car the food should have been freshly made, but the fries were limp as if they had been soaking in grease a good while and the buns on the Big Macs were stale and crumbled as we attempted to eat the burgers. I will never stop at this McDonald’s again. A possible food safety issue is also concerning.
We stopped here once again and our Mc Gridde was dripping grease. There is no reason to serve food this greasy. Last time it was a quarter pounder with cheese. Apparently it is the standard at this location.

Went there to get lunch all burgers were made wrong I got a number 7. 2 cheese burgers, one of them only had top buns one only had bottom one had way to much sauce one had none at all. And they make you pull up for not even 20 seconds to just totally fail at there job. Both managers on shift were sarcastic and ruder than no other. And all they had to say was sorry when Ik dang well that it is the managers making them pull me up just to make there drive time a few seconds faster. Fast food ain’t that hard get those crack heads out of there!!
