Went last night to get ice cream with my son. I pulled in a stall not against the building due to all of the screens being off on available stalls. I push the button and instead of taking my order, they ask for me to move to a stall againstbthe building. We moved on down the road and got ice cream from McDonald's instead. What was wrong with taking my order where I was and at a working stall? Seems like laziness and not wanting to walk across the parking lot to bring food out. I wish our local Sonics had a drive thru so we didn't have to deal with stuff like this and the guilt tipping screens.

Great experience as always! I really do hate that I can’t tip with my card. They really need to make it to where you can!! Specially in today’s world when everyone uses cards.

Tonight I pulled into stall #22. Placed my order, tried to pay but the screen never gave me my total, so I said I will pay when they bring my food..SAT THERE FOR 25 MINUTES WHILE OTHERS GOT THEIR FOOD 1ST, I WAS THERE BEFORE THEM..This place used to to be great, ever since they put the mobile pickup spots in the service is no good now!! I Will not be back!!
