Waited 30 minutes for our food. We asked if we had been forgotten, and they told us it would be another 10 minutes. Grabbed the food, and it came out cold with a hair in the fries. Drinks were not made right, nor food. Terrible all around. Will never be back.

Food was tough, (corn dogs), tater tots were stale, fries were good, sweet tea..too weak. Service inside took 10 minutes to respond. Young lady that delivered the food was super good! Don’t know what the problem was this eve, 8:00, never been this disappointed!

They tend to be a bit slower when busy but that's understandable. The staffing seems to be amazing. We deal with Anthony(the manager) on weekends and he has truly been great. Helping when he is able to help when he notices someone who is struggling.

The only reason I'm marking 1 star is in hopes of some higher up noticing and taking some action to fix the front parking places that do not take debit cards. The car hop always is prepared to take the card as they deliver food, however there is no option to input a tip amount thereafter into the handheld card scanner. If this were a glitch that negatively affected Sonic's revenue, I'm sure those stalls would have been repaired long ago. I'm sorry these carhops aren't able to get tipped on whatever I order because I don't always have cash on hand and it shouldn't be them who is suffering for that. In the meantime, I'll be parking at different stalls to ensure they get a tip, but that doesn't keep the rest of the world from pulling up to the no tip zone. Sorry guys!

It’s getting so bad. Most of the intercoms and/or payment screens do not work. You have just a few to use because if they aren’t working they are for app customers. Needs help!

Very slow service and we even ordered online, waited 20 minutes after we parked. In addition the cherry limeade was bad, honestly that's what they are known for.

9 mobile stalls that seem to be always empty while all the normal stalls are full….

Went last night to get ice cream with my son. I pulled in a stall not against the building due to all of the screens being off on available stalls. I push the button and instead of taking my order, they ask for me to move to a stall againstbthe building. We moved on down the road and got ice cream from McDonald's instead. What was wrong with taking my order where I was and at a working stall? Seems like laziness and not wanting to walk across the parking lot to bring food out. I wish our local Sonics had a drive thru so we didn't have to deal with stuff like this and the guilt tipping screens.

The wait was forever and they don’t allow online orders

Great experience as always! I really do hate that I can’t tip with my card. They really need to make it to where you can!! Specially in today’s world when everyone uses cards.
