I'd give them no star if that was an option.!!!! I've never gotten a fully correct order from them. I'll hare-lip h€ll if I don't sit at the pick up window and go through the entire order for accuracy. Sorry to they cars behind me but they brought it on.

We ordered our food through Door Dash. The order was delivered promptly, no problem there. The food was awful! The crunchy tacos were soft, the extra cheese was nonexistent. The fries were soggy. It was a huge disappointment because we like Taco Bell. I think it was a delivered order so we couldn't do anything about it and we got taken advantage of.

I just wanna say the lady cook working around 8:45 to 9 this morning was amazing, hands down the most well made food I’ve ever had from any Taco Bell and she was super sweet & fast!
They had great service at the Kingsport location and the food was really good and well made! Yum!

I’ve been to Taco Bells all over the southeast and this one is hands down the best one. The service is always second to none. The food is ready so friggin fast even when they’re busy. I’m really impressed and highly recommend! Thank you guys for being so great, you just don’t see that kind of service in fast food anymore!

The food was good and reasonably quick. The staff were friendly in spite of a slight mess up that they quickly corrected. We were on our way quickly which is what we were really after. Thanks to all of them.

I went there to get some food for me and my sister. She has a severe gluten allergy so I asked that the bags be seperate. They came out in one bag. It defeated the purpose to separate them at that point because it was already cross contaminated. They gave me the wrong drink and didn’t include any of the sauces we asked for. I’m not one to complain but yall have missed the mark plenty of times before this (ordered a grilled cheeze burrito, got charged for a grilled cheese burrito, and then received a beef burrito (:) and to screw up 3 different things on one order??? Not to mention it was a safety issue. And as I am tryin to call them… no one picks up the phone. Guess I’ll go to the one out in Rockwood more often, they seem to have it together .
